I used U-Pack for a cross-country move, and I’m extremely glad that I did. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful when I needed to change my dates and drop off address. I received text updates every step of the way. U-Pack booked labor for loading and unloading through their affiliates and the drivers who picked up my pods and then dropped my pods off on each end were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Glad I chose U-Pack over other cross country movers knowing my stuff was safe and secure along the whole journey.

We recently used U-Pack to relocate a family member to the Southeast. U-Pack made it incredibly easy to get their home packed up, loaded and shipped. The driver was very understanding. After dropping off the pod he came back an hour or so later to pick it up the same day. Delivery was perfect. They arranged a time to drop off the pod and were there on time. If we ever need to get back across country, we will use U-Pack!

I hired U-Pack to move across the country and was AMAZED by their service! I talked with a consultant on the phone who was super friendly and helpful. She even gave me tips on packing the trailer so that my belongings wouldn’t be damaged. The ABF driver who dropped off the trailer at my home (to be loaded) was incredibly thorough and helpful! He climbed into the trailer with me and showed me everything step-by-step (how to unlock/open the door, how to unlock and move the bulkhead, how to set up the ramp, how to hook straps into the wall).I first got an estimate from PODS, but their price to move my family was three times as expensive as U-Pack! U-Pack has many great tips on their website about how to pack items and how to load items to keep them safe in a move. (For example, pack everything as tightly as possible using lots of straps and moving blankets.) We loaded everything ourselves, so we realize there is a chance some things may be damaged in the drive. But it would be due to our own improper packing techniques, not any fault of the company.So far we have had a VERY positive experience working with this company. I am so glad that I found U-Pack, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had such a positive experience using U-Pack. From our very first phone call to get our move scheduled we were met with friendly helpful service. Our trailer was delivered on time. The pick up was smooth, and the driver was friendly. The truck arrived in the timeframe we were given and scheduling the drop off was very easy. The driver for the drop was so kind and helped up take down the shield doors and set up the ramp. Overall we were very happy with every aspect of our interactions with U-Pack and all of their staff.

I've used U-Pack for 2 moves, once with trailer and once with a relo cube and both experiences were great! The representatives are so helpful and patient and really work with you to make sure your move goes smoothly. Pick up and delivery are super easy and both drivers were very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again for future moves.

Used a Relocube to move cross country from Ohio to Utah and it was very easy. Booked online and also called with some questions and customer service was very helpful. The cube was definitely weatherproof - it sat outside during a massive rain storm and was dry inside the next day. Minor wear on some of the furniture due to transit, but that was mostly just due to friction and the way we packed it. Would definitely use again.

Overall nothing but good things to say, the relocate pod is very large, felt like good construction and fit all of my belongings with extra room to spare. U-Pack dropped off in a timely manner, they shipped the pod extremely fast and dropped off the full container at my destination at a time that worked best for me. Overall their customer service was amazing and consistent!

I have moved with Upack twice now and as always it was worry free. Both moves were 900 miles. The trailer was delivered and picked up on time. Both times the trailer was early to the destination. Gives you so much more flexibility over uhaul size trucks. Remember you need to pack your things tightly and all the way to the top to minimize the chance of damage. The only damage we had was a dresser rubbing against the wall. If we used enough moving blankets it wouldn’t have been a problem.

We used U-Pack to move from Utah to MIssouri It was the perfect solution for us since we wanted a few days to pack and unload, and not having to drive was great. We didn't have anything get broken in the pod and we were able to have our stuff delivered earlier than scheduled. I would definitely recommend U-Pack if you are considered a long-distance move. It was much more economical than a moving company.

Michael was friendly and I felt like the price was fair, but they won't deliver their cubes to my new address once I buy a house. That was the only reason that I couldn't book with them. You have to unload the cubes at their storage facility.

Used them for a move from Salt Lake to Georgia and they were excellent at every level. Original call was very helpful, estimate was same as final price, drop off was as scheduled, pick-up delivery and drop off on the other end were great. The drop off was to the minute they said they'd arrive. Belongings were all safe and as packed. Couldn't have been easier and at half the price of the Pod estimate.

This was the first time using U-Pack and I had a great experience with it. I've done a cross country move and they had the best prices, best customer service, and everything was very easy from booking the cube, delivering it, and picking it up when I was done with it. The cube arrived a few days earlier than the date they told me which was great. It was so easy to set the drop off up through the link in the text message they send you. Overall, it was a great experience and I would totally use them again.

Good value. Half the cost of a pod. Like flexibility of paying for only space you use. Drivers were friendly and accommodating for parking the trailer exactly where I wanted it. Delivery was on time. Make sure all wooden surfaces are covered because there is rubbing even with tight packing. Also, lots of weight on items on bottom. Damage to dining room table we thought could handle the weight.
