This company is more interested in their sales commissions than actually setting up quality systems and services in a timely manner. They sell overpriced equipment they barely know how to configure when the exact same equipment is available for fractions of the price, and needs minor configurations. Our two week scheduled install is on its 8th week. They didn't order the proper parts, their installers/programmers come on site and leave as they please without communicating with our team. The parts they did order are not actually compatible. They forced us to purchase expensive accessories for controlling TV that they've then been unable to configure. They're TVs Amateurs at best.

We just had an AV consult with James of TVS Pro today. I must say, they really know their stuff and are incredibly professional. Highly Recommended!!

TVS Pros have done installations at a couple of job sites that I work at. The installations are sloppy, not reliable, have bizarre and questionable configurations, and use the cheapest parts available. I am seriously not impressed by anything they have done, but it was not my choice to go with them.I would steer clear from this company unless you are looking for the cheapest "solution" available.

I recently had a phenomenal experience with these guys that warrants a review. Long story short they went out of their way to take care of me and my company to meet a deadline that was unexpected. Specifically James and the lead tech were able to diagnose a problem that many others could not with a large Epson projector and then went the extra mile to fix it. My company will continue to use them for years to come.

We are new to film production to create an online school and produce a better experience for webinars. Fortunately for us, we chose TVS Pro! More particularly, coming across James Bollinger to help with our needs. He is a professional with seemingly limitless experience and patience that has allowed us to become familiar with their superior equipment. James was thoughtful in offering the accessories we needed and not having us buy others we felt we needed. After the sale, the service didn’t stop. It increased as James has always been available when we came across questions to learn ways to best use our new tools. We receive compliments on our work, knowing it is due to the help we receive. We highly recommend this company and, specifically, James.

TVSPro boasts not only great quality and superb pricing, but also excellent customer service. I obtained a demo projector several months before I had the opportunity to install the unit. Once installed, it didn’t have the image quality I was expecting. I live several states away and emailed a picture of what I was seeing, expecting to get a reply in a couple of days. I received an email and a phone call within an hour. I shipped the unit back and it was fixed (and upgraded) very quickly at no charge to me. All the while I received daily updates on the status of the repair. Sure, there are a lot of companies out there selling projectors and peripherals, but if you want to feel like you matter, stop looking elsewhere and invest your money with TVSPro. Because your investment will pay off with customer loyalty. That’s rare today, but you can find it here.

The best group of specialists ever. I've read some of the negative reviews and am surprised by their unfortunate situations. In the almost 10 years working with them I've had nothing but incredible service and customer support for everything I've purchased and rented. From rentals to purchase they have answered questions, resolved "user" error issues and recommended the best equipment needed for my videography needs. I would recommend these folks to anyone who need honest help. Do your homework on what you want so they can help you find the best equipment for your projects.

The absolute best place in the valley for audio visual gear. Their support staff are very knowledgeable and super helpful. When it just has to be right the people at TVS are where you want to go.
