Seamless operation. My hats off to the sales team. Fast and easy process. Karen's communication was top notch. I told her exactly what I needed and wanted; she made some really good suggestions that made perfect sense, and she made it all happen. The training was very good. To the point. Not sure on pricing as I don't handle this sort of thing often, but my company found it to be very affordable.

Wow I have to say they are very unprofessional here and unorganized. A lot of the positive reviews are from employers who use this service. I had to come here because my husband took me to court for custody of my children. He thought marijuana would make it so I would fail and he would be great custody. Not if you have a medical card in Utah. Law passed last year. The lady who did the hair follicle test said the opposite. If you don't know what you're talking about don't act like you do. Plus instead of going at the underneath part of my head to get a sample it's right in the middle and will be very noticable. Jealous I won't say the word. My husband paid for one of the most expensive test so it was 150 strands of hair. Thought I would have to pay him back if it comes back positive. . Jokes on you buddy ?

I genuinely never leave reviews even if I have a negative interaction but my experience here was so bafflingly unprofessional I had to make an exception.On July 27th the company I'm serving probation with for a misdemeanor drug charge claimed I had failed an instant results UA for methamphetamine. I have never used meth before and knew this was false so I had them send it to a lab for confirmation to prove my innocence. I had a court date scheduled for August 23rd to request early termination from probation due to my good behavior and zero violations in 10 months. I had concerns that the false meth UA would be used against my efforts for termination so my attorney recommended I get an independent test done in case there's any issues with the lab test ordered by the probation company.After calling around to a few places, I spoke with a male individual at Transmetron and explained my situation and I was told that Transmetron would be more than capable of providing the services I needed. I was told I'd have my results back in plenty of time to get them to the court before my 8/23/23 deadline. I also take Adderall, so I told them I needed the lab results to specifically show results for both amphetamines and methamphetamine so that it would be clear the only things I'm system are those prescribed to me. I was told this was no problem and I proceeded with paying for their services.Fast forward to the morning of 8/21/23, 2 days before my deadline, I realized I still hadn't received any response from Transmetron so I called to confirm. I spoke to Crystal who seems to be a member of management and she told me something like "oh I swear we sent those already, let me double check and get back to you". I didn't think much of it at the time and since it was still early in the morning I figured they would just get me my results by the end of the day. I never heard back so I called them again after lunch time and Crystal again told me she'd call me back. An hour before close I get an email from her with the following."I regret that at this time, I don’t have access to your results. I will continue to persue other avenues to obtain them, but at this point I cannot access them."I find this statement incredibly confusing because if they are the ones who ordered the test who else but them would have access to the results? Everything was done and paid for independently by me and the only other third party involved was my attorney who also never received anything. I responded with a plea that she do everything she can to get my results to me by the quickly closing due date but I unfortunately never received another response from Crystal until 8/29/23 where Crystal finally sent me the results in an email containing nothing but the results as an attachment. She didn't even feel the need to include an apologies for the delay or any other basic attempt at acknowledging my frustrations or concerns.As further insult to injury, the results I finally received did not differentiate between amphetamine and methamphetamine as I had requested and just showed a single result for amphetamine which fundamentally would have made the results entirely worthless to me even if I had received them within my promised timeline. Again, I don't typically leave reviews and I probably would have just left it alone had I just been outted the money I paid for their useless test, but their incompetence and utter disregard for any measure of professionalism directly impacted the outcome of my court hearing as the evidence I tried to obtain from Transmetron would have been an instrumental piece of my defense.I'm truly saddened that my experience went this way and disappointed that not even a single attempt at accountability or restitution was made by Crystal or anyone else at this company. I hope my review can at least save some other poor soul some pain and suffering by deterring them from using Transmetrons services.

UPDATE: THEY INFORMED ME THAT I CAN HAVE A REFUND. ****************************************** DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wanted to find a 5-level dip THC test for urine that would measure above 200. I found on Transmetron's website, a multi-level test (more than 3 levels). I clicked the photo and it showed a 5 level test that measured up to 300. I ordered 30 - which cost me $186.86. When they arrived, they were 4-level tests and didn't go above 200 - and I have a ton of tests that measure up to 200 in my cabinet already. I spoke with someone in customer service - the description down the page said 4-level, but the photo, as he saw and agreed, showed a 5-level test. He said he would speak with supervisors to see what they could do for me and then get back to me. He was very quick - and apologetic. They supervisors "could" do nothing for me. Of course they could have, they chose not to. Then I realized I should have a photo of their error, but when I checked, just about 10 minutes after my call to them, they had already corrected their error and changed the photo. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are unethical. Shame.

We have been using Transmetron for all of our employee drug testing for several years. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, efficient and helpful at all times. We use them for preemployment screening and for random drug testing. They are proactive and handle the random testing in a very professional manner. And our pre-employment screenings are always very promptly sent to us. Plus we often have new employees comment on how friendly the staff at Transmetron are. As an aside, don't be put off by the neighborhood. If you're curious they'll tell you why they are in that section of town. It's an interesting story and only enhances my desire to work with them.

Took a 5 panel + etg test and it was extremely quick and inexpensive compared to other centers. The receptionist was nice and so was the collector Crystal. Whole process probably took 15 min

I have been using Transmetron for the better part of a decade and I have never had a negative experience. The staff has always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Rachel has acted as a subject matter expert for me over the years and her knowledge has yet to fail me. Based on my positive experiences with Transmetron over the years, I would recommend Transmetron to anyone for the services they offer. Their unrivaled customer service and expertise will benefit any organization who uses them.
