“My wife and I were on an adventure today for our 21st wedding anniversary, we were in the middle of the west desert on paved road when our tire strut snapped after going over a set of horrible railroad tracks. We got 5-6 other quotes, almost tried to rent a truck and do it our selves, but QR towing saved our day! Our car was 90 miles 1-2hrs driving outside of where we live. Tom with QR towing is who we reached on our sixth price quote he was the best price by far. Tom was professional and courteous on the phone and took our information and payment and was off to retrieve our car immediately. In 4 1/2 hrs we have our car back Thank you Tom Best price, customer service and time.”

“Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver.
Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck.
Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening.

They did exactly what I needed them to do and went beyond in terms of helping me. Paxton the driver was Edficient, fast, and service oriented. After he loaded up the vehicle, he offered to take it to the repair shop without me accompanying him. He knew that I was on a time crunch and made the whole process simple and customer oriented.”

“Got stuck while driving a bus up Big Cottonwood Canyon, called multiple companies and no one was willing to drive up to help us out. A UDOT plow stopped and gave me the number to Bailout and I got Jason on the phone. He said he could be there right away. It was dusk when I called, and once the sun set the temperature plummeted to 0 degrees. Regardless, Jason showed up and immediately got to work. Laying out flares, mitigating traffic, and getting us out. He is now going to be the preferred tow company for my company. They were professional and efficient. Would 100% recommend.”

She met us at a tool store to help ensure we purchased the correct hitch attachment (because Uhaul instructed us to buy a different hitch). Then advocated for us with Uhaul explaining the trailer was broken and even followed us to the Uhaul store to ensure everything was resolved! She was so knowledgable and went above and beyond for us!”
