Worst experience of my daughters life. Don't ask to get your ring sized she will literally treat you like your nobody important and rip the sizers off your fingers. I'll be sure to tell everyone one I know you like to judge people by there looks.

Really bad customer service. Got my necklace cleaned and they said it would be ready in about 2 business days. I called a week later after not hearing anything and the person just said “we don’t call for cleanings”. And I replied, “oh okay, I wasn’t aware, I will come get it. They didn’t mention that when I dropped it off”. To which they responded with “we don’t call for cleanings.” What a dry, rude response.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience. Inattentive sales associates with a lack of product knowledge. Everyone in the store was generally rude and arrogant. I left and didn't buy anything. I did not expect to get Walmart level customer service at Tiffany's.

The jewelry and customer service at the City Creek Mall store in Salt Lake City was simply amazing. Robert assisted me and was very professional, helpful and quite informative. I was a repeat customer, making purchases two days in a row. I would highly recommend the branch. You need not look any further than Tiffany & Co. for an incredible experience. Thank you again Robert.

Overpaid for an engraving here by a "master engraver" got it back and it was not legible, font was completely wrong- a mix of lower case and capital letters. Waited 3 weeks for trash. When I brought up concerns about legibility before making the purchase Ryan assured me I was in good hands with their so called master engravers. They do it by hand as opposed to machines. I'll take a machine at Shane Co over the master engravers at Tiffany's anyday.

Loyal customer of Tiffany’s in Dallas. In SLC for work and went in to get my wife’s earrings and necklace cleaned. two different people told us “you should have taken them to the store in Dallas”. Then the sales person was pushing hard and making us feel like weird for getting cleaning but not buying. That killed any chance of us picking up a piece while we are here.

Three years ago: top-notch customer service and candy. Now: I made a couple laps around the counter with zero acknowledgement despite sales people doing things with items inside the counter. Felt like a moment from the movie pretty woman. Is there a dress code? Haha. Security guy was nice.

Quick shout-out to Marne and her fantastic team at Tiffany. I'm new to the area but I've had a handful of encounters there for purchases and polishing. Each time, everybody has been so friendly, helpful and efficient. I recently found some older Tiffany items belonging to my daughter, tucked away in her jewelry box for years - dull and tarnished. I can't believe how beautiful they look now. Good as new. Thank you to everybody there for going above and beyond.

I went in to visit this store, as I've never been in a Tiffany's before. A sales lady RUSHED to greet me, stepping over her co-workers. When I told her I was just looking because I wanted to see what these things were like in person, she left me, knowing I wasn't a sale. But an absolutely wonderful associate, Becky, turned my visit around. She asked me if I was doing okay and chatted with me about the product. Even showed me a few, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her. She was so delightful and helpful to chat with. If I come back to buy, I know I will be looking for her, and you should too!
