If I can give 0 star I would! They’re sucks! And they are soooooo rude! They don’t help, they don’t know how to talk with customers. It’s TERRIBLE company and workers!! SUCKS!

Absolutely furious! I accidentally left my wallet in the car, and $300 cash was stolen. Thrifty’s communication was terrible—they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This place is a nightmare. Do NOT rent from here!

Longest car rental line in the entire airport was at Thrifty and only one person at the desk. Longest wait for a car I ever experienced-took 45 minutes of waiting in line. Other car rental companies have 2-3 people and move the line much quicker.It’s a bad look for Thrifty. Please add more people at the check in counter at least during the busiest times.current model is not sustainable.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time. I waited over an hour past the time i reserved the vehicle for before even being able to be helped. They didn’t have a vehicle prepared and told me to wait another half hour. After waiting and hearing nothing i went back up to the counter and they told me if i wasn’t patient they would cancel the reservation. Made me extremely late and didn’t appreciate being threatened by the staff

I waited in line for 55 minutes! There was one person at the desk helping customers and over 30 people in line at first. I even completed online check in /sign in, but there was no option to go strait to the car. When I got to the counter she said oh you haven't finished checking in online. You have to use the link and it will give you a car location. I told her it didn't. So I went through all of it showed her and then she said are you a member and I said no and she said oh well then it won't. Duh! So I had to get out my license credit card and do the full registration everything I had already done online again at the desk. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get out.
Poor service!

They are deceptive and should be avoided. I booked a mystery car (Q6 compact or larger wild car) through Capital One, but when I arrived at the airport, they offered me a 13-seater van. They claimed the upgrade would be at no cost, but I was charged $115.
I have raised a dispute and waiting for Capital One to resolve.

Was here to change the car because the old one had a problem with the tires, all the people were very friendly and there were no problems, it worked smoothly, I was very pleased.
However, there is a star deduction because I picked up the first car in Los Angeles at Thrifty and they actually got all sorts of expensive insurance that wasn't necessary. It's best to find out beforehand how exactly you're insured and then refuse everything else at the counter, then you can not much to go wrong.
The people in Los Angeles were still friendly.

First and last time. Not worth saving the extra $50 for the week. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get the rental. I wanted to change my drop off (I would have paid some additional fees) but it was an additional $480!
