Pretty upset with the customer service here. Ordered a part, and when I got an email saying it was ready for pickup I went to the store and they weren’t open during their posted hours, but they still had cars in their parking lot. They wouldn’t even answer their phone either. It seems like I’m not the first person this has happened to with all these negative reviews. Please be careful when ordering from here! Had to go through my bank to receive a refund.

I call, email, send messages to support and can't get a tracking number. Ordered 6th and I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping and I can't even get someone to say why it's not shipped or explain what could possibly take this long when Amazon can deliver a full playground almost the same day.

Ordered a part for Christmas which was never shipped so I called AND emailed to cancel the order. No response and now they decide to ship it. Too late. If I could give them a zero I would definitely not shopping with them ever again

i purchased a fox kit for my 16’ tacoma and some icon AAL’s from theyotagarage, ran into some issues with fox, and no longer needed the AAL’s. Ty in the service department was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! will be purchasing through this company again!

$849.99 CIRCUIT EDITION SPOILERI called before ordering they answered right away, i asked if there was some in stock and the guy said yes & said they usually get 1 every 2 weeks, I told him i was gonna order one & i was told it should take about a week to arrive he noted that the CIRCUIT EDITION SPOILER was back order so i knew i was probably gonna have to wait i decided to give them 3 month's before calling them about my order. After the 3 moth hit i was gonna call but i got a msg that my order was on its way i was starting to think this page was a scam but i ended getting my CIRCUIT EDITION SPOILER with no scratches or damage & well packed the only reason i gave it 4 starts is because they didn't send the drilling template with the spoiler

Yota Garage was great. Swift and simple order processing. Also they were courteous and great when I inquired on status as they were awaiting something from Toyota. After that it was a quick delivery. My go to place for Toyota parts and accessories. Thank you.

I was a little hesitant on buying from here because of the stars but based on my experience this shop should be 5/5 stars easily. I got my parts within a week over ordering and the shipment was packaged beautifully. It seems that they may have had some trouble during COVID but as of right now they are doing superb. If you are on the fence about ordering here you shouldn't be at all. Good company with great service!

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel that this one was necessary. I don’t know about all the other reviews (seems like a lot of poor reviews were during peak Covid which I don’t really know what people expect a company to do when the whole world is shut down) but my experience has been great. After my order I reached out asking a question about the order and they got back to me within the hour with an answer. My shipment got split into two and when one arrived and the other didn’t I reached out to check on the other one and they got back to me within 20 min letting me know it would be delivered that same day. Their communication is great and they had what I wanted in stock when everywhere else was on back order. Reading the reviews I was a little hesitant but I am glad I went with them because they’re a great company. So if you’re on the fence because of the reviews I’m here to tell you disregard the negative comments because my experience was fantastic.
