People at the counter are not friendly unless you are an old timer like them. They need to realize how they talk to customers isn’t great. Shouldn’t have to deal with that while I’m in a store with cash.

My grandkids love this stop/ train store. They all love it so much. The ride takes about 15 minutes as you tour Gardner village. The kids hate getting off when you get back to the end.

Poor customer service ever and always upsetting my husband. Didn't even listen to his questions, they treated me poorly when I was getting something nice for him for his birthday. They thought I stole his D.C bc it has our money on it and was using me to use my Account from the store. The guy was mean to me as the first time customer. My husband used to be long time customer going on for 20 years+ but not anymore. The owner is mean.

The train shoppe is back and in Gardner Village! We used to love this shop and were so sad when they closed shop during covid. We’ll it’s back and better than ever! Check it out and Ricochet Canyon across the street!
