Incredibly disappointed with my experience. On September 6th, I ordered a wedding boutonniere and when choosing a pickup day in the order, I had written Monday the 23rd if I could get it earlier in the day, otherwise Sunday the 22nd would do. Only on the page after that while ordering does it state pick ups are between 11-3, so I thought okay I'll plan on Sunday the 22nd then, since I would need it prior to 11:00 on Monday (22nd), for my wedding Tuesday. I also added in the additional notes to please let me know about pickup.
Then Saturday the 21st I just happened to be double checking the address for pickup the following day. I noticed google lists them as closed Sundays and Mondays. Nowhere in the pick up / delivery information while ordering this was that stated, so I tried calling the listed number with no answer, but luckily she responded to an IG message confirming they are indeed closed Sundays, but that I could pick it up later that day (Saturday,) which I ended up doing.
Not sure if it's because it was a rush job or was just blindsided, but the boutonniere I ended up picking up looked nothing like the one on the site that I ordered. It was also huge, and honestly so much uglier than the website. It also included dried flowers which our venue prohibits, fake or fresh cut only. I almost cried. Not wanting to be a bridezilla and ask for a refund, I decided I would make do and just pick out the dried portions of the arrangement if anyone said anything. I also told my partner if the leaves were too big and bothersome we could take those out as well, and I'd bring spare ribbon / twine to re-secure it if we had to with it being so picked apart.
But then come Tuesday we ended up not even using the boutonniere because it had wilted and didn't look great at all, having been forced to pick it up 4 days prior. Even in the description of the boutonniere it says to pick up the morning of your event. How is that possible is you're only open 5 days a week. If I hadn't happened to have noticed on Google, I would have shown up Sunday to a closed shop. Really wish I could have been advised while ordering. Or even had been contacted about the pickup situation like I requested. If I hadn't reached out were you just going to take my money? If I had known I couldn't have picked it up on neither Sunday OR Monday I would have made different arrangements, a real bona fide business and not some flakey Instagram bait. Do yourself a favor and just go to Trader Joe's.

Professional staff and user friendly for us that don't know much on flowers. I got a floral arrangement delivered for my wife and they are absolutely beautiful. She loves them! Will continue coming back in the future.

The petal coop in Salt Lake City Beautiful floral arrangement that I received for Mother’s Day yesterday. This flower shop is the best. The flowers looked so beautiful like field flowers freshly cut , my house smells so good right now. I would highly recommend this flower shop for all your occasions. Amazing work.

Jamie was so helpful and so nice! She went above and beyond to help me with a last minute, same day delivery. She sent me a text and photo once the delivery was made. The flowers were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend using The Petal Coop. I will be using them for all my future floral arrangement purchases

Last week The Petal Coop helped me surprise a dear friend with a beautiful floral arrangement. I am in Ga and as I searched for a local florist in Utah their beautiful work caught my eye. The process was easy, delivery as promised & my friend absolutely loved the arrangement. Highly recommend!

After a friend sent me an arrangement from The Petal Coop I started to buy flowers from The Petal Coop exclusively! No one has prettier arrangements and they are so reasonably priced. Their shop is adorable, their staff is incredibly kind!

Absolutely fantastic service, and of course their flowers are so lovely. Our office recently ordered a bouquet from The Petal Coop and the lovely woman who I spoke to (I apologize I do not remember her name) was willing to drive outside of their delivery zone in Park City just to deliver a bouquet for us. We have used them several times and they have always exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

My son is getting married today and my DIL stopped to pick up the flowers and the shop was closed and they are not picking up the phone. They don't deserve the 1 star.
