Worked with Jameson Carr to quote a commercial insurance policy for our construction company. As a GC, he provided us an awesome proposal in a various fast turn around time, but ultimately we went with another agency since they specialize more in excavation & we have an excavation component to our business. Either way, I'd highly recommend reaching out to Jameson at Buckner if you're a contractor looking for a solid insurance agent!

Worked with a lady agent. Told her that I would be sending all info to her email right after the call since my renewal were coming up in a few weeks. Then didn't hear from her for an entire week. Followed up and then she said she never received anything. Why didn't she follow up with me at all when she has my phone number/email? Texted her all the docs and then she said she would start looking into them. Had to text/call many times to see what's going on for the next week. Then eventually she emailed me and said that none of her quotes were saved. Since it was already too late with my insurance renewal deadlines, I gave up.I would advice everyone to stay away from this company. What a waste of time.

In my mind, insurance is synonymous with "headache" and "frustration"; or at least it use to be until I linked up with Agnesa and Summer with Buckner. My only regret is I wish I would have discovered these incredible gals sooner!I don't profess to be a guru in the realm of garage keepers insurance... nor do I strive to be. That's where Agnesa and Summer come in. They are always so absolutely incredible to work with! They take the time to ask me all the qualifying questions and they actually wait to hear the response. And if my ramblings don't make sense, they don't just check a box and move on. They continue the conversation until we are in complete agreements and we know that our coverage needs are sufficient. We can always rest assured knowing our bases are covered as we truly have aligned our company with a powerful PARTNER in Buckner.I also always respect and appreciate their transparency. They obviously represent a for-profit business and, as such, need to ensure that they are generating their company revenue. However, I don't feel that we've ever experienced a conflict of interest in this department as they have always been so great to give me advice, that sometimes comes at their own expense. Regardless of what I ask, want, and/or need, they always make sure it's a win/win. My experience with other insurance companies has traditionally been the opposite where the provider tries to cram as much coverage down your throat as possible without identifying what the needs truly are. Agnesa and Summer are incredible and they always ensure we have the right coverages at the correct rates. Nothing is inflated unless I request it be made so. They are conscious of our needs and budget and strive to find balance for us.All in all, the customer service is what has kept my return business over the years. Day or night, I'm able to shoot a quick note and get a response in a timely manner. Furthermore, I've taken a working partnership with Buckner and have been able to develop personal friendships with these fine folks. They are incredible people who truly care about their clients. I know when I reach out that I'm not just a number to them. I know that I have personal value and, more than anything else, they are there to help ME. It is very rare to find that kind of partnership with an insurance company and I attribute much of this to the exceptional client care provided by both Agnesa and Summer.

This company is Trash and treats it's employees like c*** No help. They are very click Ish with zero training. If you want to be treated like you are nothing then apply here. Also make sure you are white. Cause pretty sure if your not you will be treated like trash.

Was with this the Buckner company for 10 years. Had an agent that made some serious mistakes that cost my company. When switching to a different insurance agency, started texted me childish texts and manipulation at its best. Had to block him for the continual harassment.This was the last text he sent me“ I wouldn’t do business with you again in a hundred million years.”Good bye, Buckner Group

They are supposed to be the insurance experts, which is why you use a broker. Instead of being vigilant for the best way to manage risk and have the best insurance protection for your business, they do the bare minimum with a "ho hum" attitude.This company quoted a policy, started it without written or verbal consent, then the bills come through and they are nothing close to the quoted price. THIS IS FRAUD.They wanted to 'make it right' and transferred me to a different person, my one requirement was to email me, or schedule a phone call. I work in healthcare. I cannot tell a patient to "hold on while I take a call from an insurance company" when this company decides to call the office.4 missed phonecalls later. I speak to their "Team Lead/Senior Account Manager" again and tell them I'm over it. I don't work at a desk, I see patients during normal business hours, so to manage any of these policies it takes weeks at a time to get a gap in the schedule to work on them.I'm in the process of finding a new broker and transferring my policies. But then I get an email saying one of my businesses hasn't had coverage since January. I have repeatedly in the past said I wanted to be notified by email for anything regarding my policies, and now here we go again, an email 4 months late saying why didn't you get our letter in the mail.

My experience with The Buckner Company has come from a professional level. I have the opportunity to partner and work with an amazing Benefits team who takes the time to ensure that I have all the tools available to help me with my job. Chris Dahl and his team are amazing. They are responsive, professional and help me even when its not a normal situation. They bend over backwards to help me even when its something I could easily do on my own and even when I am the one that made the mistake. In my opinion, there is no-one else better to work with.

I have been with Buckner Company for 20 plus years. They have always been responsive and helpful. I know I am a small client, but they have always treated me like a top priority. COI's have always been sent promptly. I don't understand insurance and all the paper work needed but Buckner does and they do it for me. Special thanks to Craig, Connie and Lucinda.

Not very impressed with this company, after 3 emails of harassment of them wanting to give me a quote of my business insurance, I'm a little tired of it. No I don't want you to quote my insurance I do business with people I know and Trust Nathan Winget. Never reached out, it's a poor way of trying to get business.
