They must have really bad theft here because everything is locked up in the store. Sitting around waiting for almost 15 minutes to get one item and no one ever came to unlock the shelves. 90% of merchadise is locked up and you can’t access items. I will drive 10min to go to a closer store versus coming here again.

I keep ordering the same set of underwear that always says is in stock, and they always get substituted or canceled. I’m so irritated with how many things I’ve added for free delivery trying to get this underwear only to never ever receive the underwear. Do an inventory check please!!!!
