I did a curbside pickup because I was in a rush. Ordered five beans and some other stuff and the woman putting the beans in my car dropped and dented the beans and didn’t say sorry. Then tried to give me dented beans . I was like I can’t have dented bean and she said in a sassy tone “Well you can go get them or I can” so I thought J should go get them because it seemed like she wouldn’t be fast. So I went in and couldn’t find the right bean's. Such a bad experience.

This target is a mess. Literally and figuratively. Items on the floor everywhere, shelves disorganized, clothing in the wrong sections. Looks like after Black Friday but it’s just a regular week. App says they have 5 of the item I want: looked everywhere and can’t find it.

Saw some shoes I wanted online and went to go try them on in person. Could not even find what I was looking for because everything was so unorganized and messy. I ended up going to another target location where everything was much more organized and put together and I found the shoes I wanted. Will not be going back to this location.

This Target has really gone downhill. I've been here for years and it used to be better. Come for groceries or makeup, but the rest of the place is a pigsty. Sure, shoppers are the worst for not putting stuff away, but the staff should be cleaning up as they go.
As a shopper, I was hugely overwhelmed looking for a basic pair of workout shorts. Don't add in an Ulta if you can't keep the basics clean. Feels like Walmart.

Their curbside is the best. I don’t have to have a scheduled appointment and they usually have my larger grocery orders ready in a couple hours. Smaller orders take far less time than that.

They only ever have a couple registers open which creates long lines and no one around to help. Go somewhere else if you can. They don't care about customers anymore.

All I can say, is the whole store was a HUGE disaster. I always thought they had a step up on their other big box competitor. They have become an over priced mess of a store. I'm not paying the prices to have to pick stuff up off the floor. Gross.

Why is this place such a dump? Clothes strewn all over the floor in all sections on two different occasions, days apart. Do the employees not give a crap or is it management? Prices ring up incorrectly at the register all the time. I don't get it.

A couple of months ago I went to this Target & had a food coupon for a grocery item, & I asked a Target supervisor if they honored it at this store. The supervisor said it's Target's policy to honor competitor's coupons if Target carries the item. Yesterday (1/27/24), I had different competitor food coupon that Target has, but this time another supervisor claimed that Target's policy is to NOT accept another store's coupon (even if Target has it). The whole reason why I was trying to buy it at Target is because the other store was sold out, & didn't have a date when the stock would be replaced. The supervisor that told me this was rude & arrogant & needs to be fired. I later called a different Target, & was told that Target DOES accept competitor's coupons & price match if Target carries the item.
