They don’t sell to the public. I found an online seller and then found they were far more expensive that others. No price matching, no good customer service from this other seller. Why can’t we eliminate the middle man and just buy directly?

I had purchased to Sure Loc door knobs from Wayfair. Unfortunately, I had chosen the wrong backsets and was past the return date. After contacting customer service and speaking with Carly she set me up with replacements at no charge. It’s customer service like this that really goes the extra mile. And the brass doorknobs look fantastic!

Sure-Loc Hardware has always been a great supplier for me. They have many great styles to choose from and I can always seem to find exactly what I am looking for. The receptionists up front are super helpful and very courteous.
