I came in to just look at a car and ended up making a purchase that same day. Tony was very kind and honest, he helped me stay within my budget and it even included warranty. My rate and payments were even lower than estimated.Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.Thanks again for all your hard work on getting me into my dream car!

Stay away! I bought a car from these crooks and was a poor experience from the start. Zach Grant called and sounded like he was arguing with a woman, that proceeded to ask who was on the phone in an escalated tone. Following, making a down payment was a debacle, and lastly, had an inner tie rod break due to a nice cut into the threads holding the rack and pinion together. Text the sales rep and crickets. They don’t care and at best sell cars they have zero faith or trust in. Stay far away!Update: Situation has gotten worse. I was told I wasn’t ignored when I text, but that options were being looked at and worked on. Still to this date did not hear from him. It wasn’t until my temp plates were two days away from expiring, that I reached out. I asked about my plates and what they would do to make the tie rod situation right. I was asked what I wanted to remedy the situation, and asked just for the cost of the parts and tools I had to purchase to fix the car. To that, nope. Too much of a commission hit and the owner already discounted the car. It’s a shame because my initial review, I raved about Zach. Pre-purchase fantastic. Post purchase, absolutely dreadful and exhausting.

I worked with chuey and he was very helpful! He holds confidence within himself, and truly stands on his word when he says he will do his best! I’ve seen him work in person and he always makes sure his customers are comfortable.Would HIGHLY recommend supreme automotive if you’re looking for reliable and GREAT customer service. I’ve been here twice and was not let down.

Not my first rodeo with Joe and his crew. Won't be my last. They've repaired The Beast (a 22 year-old, 1-ton, E350, 4x4, diesel, van) a few times when when it's decided to go belly up when I've been down their way. They've diagnosed the problem, made repairs, and had it ready and waiting when I come back to pick it up. I live 120 miles away and spend a considerable amount of time in the back country. That's where problems usually occur. But, I've never had a problem with Joe and his crew.They keep me informed as they're working on it. No surprises.

Fantastic dealership. Great guys, who are honest, and provide excellent customer service. I worked with Jesus, he was first class. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. Highly recommend Superior Automotive for anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Will definitely buy from them again.

Jesus was a delight to work with. Answered all of my husbands questions and got him qualified all while we were in CO. We came to pick up the car and it was as advertised (beautiful!!). The process was quick and easy and it’s a great family business. Highly recommended for your car buying needs!!!

I am a natural skeptic, borderline paranoid when it comes to car dealerships, I’ve had terrible experiences in the past so I do my due diligence not only on the vehicle I want to purchase but also the dealership from which I purchase. I bought a 2015 BMW X3 from Supreme Automotive last week and this is my review on the experience and the car.1 star for reviews. I read reviews like a crazy person but I’m not looking for a dealership with no negative reviews because honestly that would be a red flag, I look for the owners response to the negative reviews. If the owners response to negative reviews is dismissive, disrespectful or unprofessional in any way, I won’t even look at a car at that dealership. This owners response to negative reviews was very professional and solution oriented.1 star for our salesman Zach. I don’t know if he is new to car sales but he wasn’t a typical pushy salesman. I mean this in a good way. He didn’t come across as inexperienced just someone trying to be helpful.1 star for customer service. Zach was responsive and communicated with me throughout the day, knowing that I was coming from out of town for a specific vehicle, not only was he responsive but he and the owner stayed late to accommodate my purchase. The car is in great shape, exactly as it was listed. They also had the car cleaned out, up front and ready for me to test drive when I got there. The process was seamless and positive.1 star for the interactions between the owner and his employee, there was some issue with the paperwork, a slight price difference (like $30) and the owner was helpful, respectful and patient with his employee (treating your employees well speaks volumes to me).Now my reasoning for not giving 5 stars.1. They use an in house mechanic to do their inspections, I prefer a neutral third party complete inspections and provide a report.2. We weren’t able to test drive the vehicle without the salesperson with us and the loop which we used for the test drive seemed a little short.3. The detailers missed a TON of dog hair where the seats fold down.Over all it was a good experience. I drove the car 3 hours home and then on a road trip the next day and so far haven’t had any issues with the car. I would definitely go to them again or recommend them.
