great service, everyone is super friendly but Sonia takes the cake! she’s attentive and makes sure you like your shape every step of the way. she did a super cute design on each of my nails and when she didn’t like the way one turned out she was quick to remove it and restart. love her!

I use to enjoy coming here but the last few times just haven't been it. I called and made an appointment, got there on time and sat for 30-40 minutes. They never communicated anything with me in that time. Just had me wait. Another woman came in after me and got seated cause she had an appt... but so did I?! Makes no sense. Got a pedicure and he cut the skin of my big toe. There was lots of blood and he told me that "it's chill." That he would just dab it and it'll be fine. It was not fine. A day later and it still hurts. He didn't even get my cuticle, it was the skin outside my nail bed. How does a "professional" do that. And, why am I paying $50 for that?? I'm sad cause it is a cute place but sadly, I won't be back. I then told him I'd just do a regular pedicure and he got snippy and said, "we don't have that. What is that." How does he not know what a normal pedicure is?! On top of that, they did my entire manicure while I was getting my pedicure. So it wasn't a great job on the manicure, cause how could it?! I wasn't even sitting down at the table or anything. Just felt very unprofessional, dirty and not what you think of when you pay $85 for a mani/pedi.

My daughter and I decided to go here when the place we usually go was booked. I called and they said they could fit us in, which they did. The woman who was doing my daughter’s nails was in a hurry because she had a client coming in. My daughter ended up with two nails bleeding from her cuticles because she cut them too close and did a horrible job shaping them. I showed it to the other technician who shrugged her shoulders and said it’s ok. No it’s not ok when I pay a lot of money for a manicure. Hopefully they do a better job with their “regular” customers.

I just love getting my nails done by Hanah, She is very good and when I want something added on my nails for different holidays, she or the other ladies will do what I want. She takes control if she needs to and I just love that about her. She is all about her clients that is for sure. The other ladies have all been great as well. She has a lot of return customers and sometimes I don't get her to do my nails. But they have all done a good job over all.

I came here because of convince and some good ratings. However, my experience will make it so I won't be coming here again. I called 4 days in advance for an appointment at 2:30 pm on a Friday, and I wasn't in the chair until 3:10 pm. I get the business, because it was a Friday afternoon, but I was really upset that my appointment time wasn't honored or respected. The worst part was, they didn't even acknowledge me or apologize for the lateness. Service here is 1/5 stars. Highly disappointed. The salon is very dirty.

I've been going here for about a year and when I first went, they were great. I got the dip powder every time. They were able to see me the same day I called and I didn't have to wait before they started working on my nails. However, the last few times I've gone there they take a while to start on my nails, I'm waiting around 10 minutes, they rush my nails because more people come in so the final product is not good. A lot of rough edges and different shaped nails. The manicure would chip after a week or 10 days when they are supposed to last 3-4 weeks. The last time I was there, the manicurist cut 7 or my 10 fingers so I was bleeding on my drive home. They are nice but they limited conversation with me as opposed to other clients. They also raised the price on the manicure without warning. It is a cute, small business and it's nice inside.

I absolutely loved this place before the pandemic, then it went weird. The ower is definitely the best technician in the shop. She did the best dip I've ever had.The problem comes when you need a full and she's too busy handling the "Karen" typed so that they keep blowing their husbands cash, since they are big tippers....I needed a fill, I made sure I booked with the owner before I left after my full set on the spot, because the other techs only do Gel.. Biggest mistake ever!!! They took it off and couldn't do it. Like said only Gel and the owner wasn't in. Beyond pissed. Degrading service. Owner should move to Denver like she was talking... Horrible customer service to not train everyone to a standard.I guess the owner can enjoy her Mercedes, Tesla, and Land Rover...Mo'Money!!!! But I'll never go back.

came in for a manicure with my friend and automatically changed my mind after entering the atmosphere & seeing how the dirty the place is. My friend proceeded with getting a manicure and she didn’t even clean her fingers or take out her cuticles ! i don’t recommend at ALL .
