I was at the hospital for my daughter's surgery when I found out that my vehicle was leaking badly on the driveway. As a deaf customer, I texted Tony Glavas at the dealership for emergency help, and he responded immediately. Tony quickly arranged a loaner car for me and made sure my vehicle was taken care of, allowing me to focus on my daughter during a stressful time. His prompt assistance truly made my day easier, and I’m incredibly thankful for his excellent service. Tony went above and beyond, turning what could have been a much worse situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend!

EDITED AFTER PURCHASE.
First, let me warn you that the salesman pressured me to write a review before I even got the keys to my new car, so I would not believe all the 5 star reviews. Notice how a lot of people have given a thumbs up to the negative reviews? I believe many people have bad experiences here.
Second, I came in to look at a car advertised at $10,500. Since I was not financing it, they wanted $14,500. I tried to leave, but it's very high pressure. They brought it down to $11,500, so I bought the car because I was blinded by the "lifetime warranty". After buying, I checked the KBB, and it's not worth anything close to what I paid.
Third, be aware, the warranty is through a third party, and does not take effect for 30 days and 1000 miles. I understand that, but just beware because if anything goes wrong with your car before the 30 days, they will not do anything for you. My car had issues the day I bought it, then within a week it needed a new battery. I let them know, and they have made it very clear to me that I bought the car AS IS, so they legally do not have to do anything to help me. It is true, I bought it as is, but there are plenty of other places that you can buy a used car from that will help you if it has problems right after buying it. Look for dealerships that say if your not happy with your car, you can bring it back and trade it within the first 5 days. Those dealerships legally dont have to do that, but they do it because its just morally right, and they stand behind their vehicles.
Lastly, when I contacted the manager, Jackson Strong, and asked if they would do anything to help me, he told me to bring it to the service department, I was surprised, since I had spoken to someone else, and they told me there was nothing that could be done until the warranty kicked in. I contacted a manager because I'm usually of the mindset that it never hurts to ask. So I brought it in at the time Jackson Strong and I agreed upon. I figured, worse case scenario, they won't be able to figure out what's wrong, and ask me to come back when the warranty starts, best case scenario, they'll fix the issue and reimburse me for the $150 battery I had to buy. I am on a really tight budget, so I really thought at least asking, and explaining my situation wouldn't hurt. When I got there, Jackson made it very clear they would not be helping me. He was very aggressive and angry. He agreed to do a free diagnostic, but said whatever they found would not be covered under the warranty since I had not waited the 30 days/1000 miles, and I would have to pay for the repairs. He told me that I should take accountability for buying a car as is, and he pointed out that they had already given me a discount. There were 100 ways he could have said that to me without being so aggressive. I told him, he was right, I did buy it as is, but explained my situation, I'm a newly single mom taking care of my 80 year old grandma, and I asked him to please stop being so aggressive. To his credit, he did say that he apologized if he came across aggressive, but I was trembling, and on the verge of tears. Not because they wouldn't help me, I was prepared for that, but because he was so angry. I really don't understand why he even had me come in, he could have said all that to me over the phone, or in an email.
I asked for my car back. He said they had to run emissions on it, and they would give it back to me as soon as possible, then he left. I waited in the show room, trying to hold back tears, while they kept my car for over an hour. After awhile, I couldn't hold it back anymore, and I began to cry. At that point, I waited outside in the heat for my car.
My own fault. I did buy the car "as is". However, I did not notice the 30 day/1000 mile waiting period, but it is my responsibility to check. All I can do now is just warn others so you don't make the same mistake I did.

Strong Volkswagen has been so kind and patient through my entire car buying experience! Hector helped me find my dream car and even got me in something nicer than I expected for the right price. Strong has exceeded my expectations and we will be back when my partner is ready for a car! Also gotta shout out Wesley as he helped out on the journey as well. It was refreshing buying a car and feeling heard the entire process and being put first as a customer.

Purchased our second car from strong volkswagen recently. The entire process was great. Wesley Acevedo was the greatest sales associate to work with. He was very nice and down to earth. There was no pressure, and he genuinely tried to make the process easy. That right there is the key to lifelong customers. They didn't try to keep us there for hours negotiating the deal, they did not try to rip us off on the value of our trade in, and most importantly we walked out with the feeling of being treated fairly. I have purchased many cars from many dealers. Strong volkswagen is one of the few dealers that I did not feel any remorse for purchase or the process. This is why we have purchased twice from strong volkswagen. To make it even better though, we purchased a second key from the parts department and had the service department program it. That also was a great experience. Chance took care of it quickly with no hassles. These people at strong volkswagen are great.

Do not invest a car with these people. We bought a car and was told that everything was covered which is not true. Bad experience would not recommend... do not ever buy a car from here

I had an amazing experience at Strong VW!! David helped me trade in my car for a 2019 Jetta. It was a smooth and easy process and I felt that everyone involved wanted the best deal for me and I appreciated their efforts.

Schylar was awesome to deal with, but 2 weeks since buying the car and I’ve needed to get ahold of this place. Good luck! They won’t answer the phone, I can’t imagine if I needed to get my car worked on. I won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Also buyers beware, they are really only trying to sell you an extended warranty at a high price, not impressed with the way they do business or their customer service.
