Someone broke into my storage stole my wallet and then you guys auction off the rest of my belonging I am going to turn you guys into anyone I can starting with the Better Business Bureau then Gephardt he'll chew you guys up and spit you out couldn't get any paperwork saying what happened nobody returned my calls and manager would hang up on me it's not fair what's happened my wallet got stolen then you guys stole the rest

I never had an issue with the previous owners the place was clean but now I found rat poop everywhere in my unit . All of my things are ruined with rat urine and poop . I told them what I found on June 20-2023 and the person at the office said I didn't have insurance and they did nothing about it. I came in today July 19-2023 and all of a sudden I did have insurance and it expired July 15 so technically they have to cover for damages I reported on June 20. They are no help and just want to fuck you over. I highly don't recommend this place. Make sure y'all read the fine print. Look for a better storage place

I got a unit not too long ago and SPECIFICALLY told the guy at the desk I needed it for one or two weeks tops. I’ve had everything moved out for weeks now and no one was there when I moved out to tell them I don’t need it anymore. It’s like no one works there because no one ever answers! They’re trying to still charge me but I will not pay because no one’s there to do their job(:

Jacob is absolutely AMAZING! I walked in with inquiries and left with a unit BECAUSE of Jacob. He was so polite and help me get a very nice at a very good price. These units are super clean and the facility is very nice. I also love the keyless entry and late hours. All around positive experience! Would definitely use this specific location again in the future.

The location is awesome, and staff is amazing.Unfortunately though… My particular unit is constantly losing power and I have not been able to access my unit for the last couple months. It would be cool if that would be fixed so I could get to my things. it’s a bummer showing up to grab some thing and not be able to get to it.Although units around me have power, but for some reason only mine doesn’t have Power, and the few times it has I haven’t Had permission to access via the app.I would love to update my review if this could be fixed.

Love that the storage sheds are inside a building, makes it feel so much more secure. Also, like that you can unlock the doors using an app on your phone. Prices are good as well, only a $1 the first month!

The most convenient and accessible storage unit establishment I have associated with. Jacob had been insanely amicable and helpful, whilst being a flit of laughter and excitability in a time of stress. My move-in process had been so seamless because of them and their self storage warehouse. Thank you lots.
