Staff are not professional, they literally are disrespectful, and don't care for your business as a customer, the way they act, opens up a risk for being seriously attacked, with many people out there who are mentally unstable, the risk from their behaviour could be fatal. I hope not, in fact, I hope the staff get trained better or sacked, and the jobs are given to people who actually want to work, who are enthusiastic about the shops products.

Stopped in to grab something for a friend, the lines were long but it didn't seem like it because the employees were so friendly and chatted you up so well that I didn't see anybody leave their unhappy.

Walked from the nearby Sheraton. Cut through the parking lot, which kept a fence between me and a group of homeless partially blocking the sidewalk (including one in a wheelchair). Welcome to SLC - there are a lot of homeless, but they are typically harmless. Selection? Slim, but adequate. It's Utah, so I guess that's what you get. There is a parking lot if you're driving,

This state liquor store sure was busy, but the employees there took care of people very quickly & curiously. The store was clean & one of the nicest stores I've ever seen in Utah... ??

Honestly more of fault for why this place is kinda nuts sometimes falls on the State of Utah itself but won't get into that here. Usually has what you need but for what many consider to be the 'central city' option for alcohol, this place is way to small. Almost always a line and interesting people in that line.

Always busy and difficult to get parking on a Saturday night. Staff is nice but they seem overworked.

Great, friendly, helpful staffClean and always well stockedOnly things that made my rating a 4 is that the temperature is always, always hot as hell ha and they don’t always hop to it when adding another cashier when the line gets heavy. I just figured they were short of staff but a customer asked for them to add a cashier and they did right away. Not a huge deal to have to wait, but when the line is wrapped around to the shelves mayyyyybe add another person on the registers real quick if you canOther than that EXCELLENT store ??

It's funny being fron Florida traveling country and run into Florida gator fans right before the Utes defeat them. Plus it is safe to call it the number one store.

This place is a trip on Friday night at 9:00 PM. There's a parking lot attendant, lines that rival Disneyland, and an eclectic array of customers. All that being said, the staff were great and got us out in great time.

Staff was great, set up and layout is easy to find what you're looking for. Overpopulated by homeless can't go in or out without being bombarded by them.
