Lots of attendants and nice equipment working to make things run smoothly, just not my preferred product.

Cheap-$6 for the basic wash and I thought it was a great one for the price.
Good unlimited free vacuums with large parking spots.
Friendly service.
I'll be back.

While starwash does provide a better-than-average automated car wash, there is little pretreatment available. Additionally, the rinse is not adequate and my vehicle frequently is left with soap dripping from it. The dry cycle is mediocre and generally leaves my car with some water spots. The free vacuums are adequate. At $10+ it is not the best value for your money.

The automatic car wash that actually gets your car clean. I've taken my LX470 through here a few times when it was really dirty thinking I was going to have to manually clean it again a few days later to get all the crud off. I was happy to find that that wasn't the case and it was nice and shiny. Its expensive but it does a good job.

This place is great. I came in today, they checked all my stuff, aired up my tires replaced my windshield wiper blades, topped of everything and were SUPER polite! I love the platinum wash that's included and the free vacuums. This is the only pace I go! You guys rock!

I used to love this car wash, then it changed owners. The wash itself is good, but the vacuum and equipment is terrible. I had to go from bay to bay to find a vacuum that worked and had a nozzle. They could have at least put an out of order sign up. The hoses seem shorter, and the suction is not nearly what it used to be. They also upped their prices. Too bad, because this used to be the best car wash, vacuum, and value in the area. Now I need to find a new one.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!
I have a stock toyota tacoma and the last time I used this car wash my antenna was broken off. I told the staff and they were able to retrieve the antenna from inside the car wash. The acting manager was notified and took down all my information with reports that they will be in contact with my to get my antenna fixed. 2 weeks later, after not hearing from them, I called and the acting manager again took down my information and promised that I will be hearing from then. Called back at few weeks later and I got the run around and was told the manager was on lunch at 4:30 and should call back after 5. Its has been 5 weeks now and still no call back. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
A simple call back and possibly a few free washes and I would have been happy. They apparently have a policy to take your money and then promptly ignore you. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SO YOU SHOULD NOT CARE TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

I got there platinum wash with 4 day guarentee so i can come back and get it done again for free within 4 days. the was was $14 not bad for out here but being from california where we have prime shines everywhere and you can get the same deal for $8 it is a little high. The wash itself was good most of the truck was clean it had been about 2 weeks of snow/salt/mud build up so pretty good. The dryers didn't quite do the trick so if you use this place bring a towel with you. Vaccumes worked great super powerful. My biggest complaint is on service I had a question about the wash i chose and no one was around. so i had to use their automatic pay device and go passed the gate to ask the attendent who guided me on the track even tho i was trying to talk to him he left his earbuds in and ignored me then after getting me on the track and started he took one out and let me ask my question but didn't have enough time to answer due to playing beat the clock with the truck going in the wash.. Overall i would say it was a good wash expierience customer service ok just early in the morning. i will be going back again and would recommend it.

This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash. I took the car back within 45 minutes of the wash, filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted in two days after the guy "talked to management". Have they contacted me? What do you think? My brand new vehicle is now damaged because of this place, and of course they don't give a sh!t.

It's hard to find a drive through car wash that isn't the local gas station add-on. We found this one close by and decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I are big fans of Travel Clean in Park City so we didn't know what to expect from Star Wash. While the facility was nice and the wash itself seemed longer than what you get at Travel Clean, the brushes also seemed harsher and it was insanely louder in the car. This was worrisome as it seemed to just be an endless battering on the car and it's paint job. I'm not sure I would go back here unless I really had to. I work in Park City so I think I'll stick with Travel Clean.
