I tried using this business but their INCREDIBLE rudeness on the phone - the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in the Wasatch Front - forced me to go somewhere else to get my daughter her first "big girl" haircut. Bummer, too, since the location is ideal.

I had repressed my memories of this place until tonight when my lovely daughter asked if I remembered this place and the horrid job they had done. The place was not clean although not dirty either...just kind of dingy. And my stylist Alicia B was a disaster one of the if not worse experiences I have ever had to ordeal. She said she has been in the business for over 20 years, and this may be the issue. To old to be competent and should be looking at nursing homes. One would be better off at great clips than letting her work on you, avoid this place.

Taylor is a hair cutting master. She has been cutting my hair for 3 years now and I refuse to see anyone else. Not only is she talented but she is always a joy to talk to.

Hair cut was mediocre. I would not recommend Kristen. I wanted a blow dry, but since I was getting layers she couldn't put any curl into the blow dry. My hair came out looking like a puffed triangle. She didn't know what to do so just re wetted it and I left with dripping hair. I was still charged for a blow dry and when I asked about it was guilted. Other stylists might be better.

Too expensive for what you got! So average! Will never go back. Wanted to order a pizza, but they were all Sooooo bazaar...jam really! Food was cold, they forgot to put the nuts on our salad, and they charged $8 for a little little bit of bread. What a ripoff! Good luck!

I just went in and had my hair cut by Kimberly! She did a fantastic job on my hair. I have thick black straight hair, and for some reason, it's hard to articulate exactly what I want, but she understood what I wanted and did an EXCELLENT job. She cut beautiful layers for me, giving me life and volume and movement. She also gave me tips on how to style and curl my hair. I definitely would recommend going to this salon 100%

Nails - I have had Heidi do my nails and love how great they always look! When I moved to Dallas, I tried others but wasn't satisfied and took them off. Now that I moved back to Salt Lake City, I am excited to have Heidi do them again!
