The self-service bays work just fine but the card reader doesn't work and if you pay with the app turning the bay knob to stop does not stop the app from draining what's on your card balance, you have to stop the wash time in the app.

In this place they steal your money. it was my first time, i finished washing the car and the machine said $5.65 but later in my bank account it says $10.

They got air chucks with free use. You can blow out those impossible-to-reach dirty cracks. I use this frequently and will continue to do so, as it is conveniently located near a gym.

Bolt wash is a good spot to wash and vac your car. You can tell these guys maintain the equipment regularly. Also pinned coffee is a hop away.

I've been to a lot of car washes and this so far has been the only one that is always fully stocked with all of the soaps ,waxes, extra. When I need a wash I drive a long ways just to go to this place cuz It's always stocked full. Been there a lot in the last year and they've never failed me.

Good carwash for the most part. Everytime I use the automatic car wash it takes my money and does not start. I have to call company to get money back. Also they took out the free vacuums. I noticed a lot of people shy away from the site because of this crucial error they made.

Swipe the card and go , good pressure and there is a little coffee place rite in front so you can rinse off your ride and grab a hot coffee as your pulling out perfect if you ask me .

Really great experience. The new owners have done a great job updating the facility. I really appreciated the courtesy drying towels.

I have never left a business establishment feeling as ripped off as I did at this car wash today. This was my first time utilizing the bolt car Wash services I guarantee you it will be my last. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get it's a $3 minimum to start and then it lasts about 2 minutes if you're not right on it then you got to put another $3 in it. And the days of covid and people struggling you would think businesses would stop trying to take advantage of people but apparently I was wrong. Don't waste your money on this place it's a ripoff. I would have used their vacuum services but since I didn't want to have to take out a loan or pawn my first born just to afford the vacuums I skipped the vacuums here I will use my own vacuum at home. Most reputable car washes only charge a dollar to start and you get your money's worth with the time that they allow you. This place all they want to do is take advantage of you. I won't ever be back. And I'll make sure anybody that I know who has any ideas of utilizing bolt car wash that they change their mind in a hurry.

They use coinless to pay and it stinks it charged me but never turned on the bay. And they never even tried to make it right with me no answer to requests! This place stinks! BUYER BEWARE! DON'T USE BOLT CAR WASHES!

I have used several times. You pay with coinless and it doesn't work. I called and left messages but have never heard back. I would not recommend to anyone.
