Amazing acrylic work, they are fast but make sure they take their time to make them look good. They are especially good at designs raging from french tips to very detailed works. Katie did an amazing job on me and my friends thanks so much!! Prices are high but it's good quality, staff is nice and provides complimentary drinks!!! ($50\\u003c a set)

Called ahead to see if I could get a walk-in pedicure, and the man on the phone was SO KIND and so helpful! Very polite and friendly and made me feel so welcome when I walked in the door. I will always come back! Great service!

Have been going here for over 9 years..shame Kay sold her business and didn't tell anyone. I called 2 days in a row to get an appointment for a fill. They said they had nothing available and hung up. THANK YOU so much for not wanting my business and being rude and inconsiderate. I found another salon that was extremely clean, friendly and accommodated me. Asked for a paraffin manicure with gel, had to wait for the paraffin to heat up after she finished the gel. Waited 10 minutes, then didn't receive the hot oil massage as listed on the menu. Charged full price. Very disappointed.Service: Gel manicures

Horrible unprofessional work! Literally it looks like my hands belong to 2 different people, I have jelly beans glued on one hand and the other uneven shapeless nails (they were supposed to be “round” acrylic) She rushed through the whole process didn’t even clean my cuticles, poor job, and charged 55 bucks!!! Honestly my nails needed care when I got there but when I left they looked much worse. Don’t waste your money! There should be an option for zero stars here. That’s how bad my nails are now.Service: Gel manicures

Frustrated 8 nails broke in less than 6 days. The guy filed my nails, filed them so thin they broke like glass. I went back and had him fix 3 the next day. Day 3 more broke. I don't have time or money to throw away. ?I wanted coffin shaped nails, he didn't have the tips he had to shape each tip. ugh! It's impossible. Wasted $50. Kate left the country didn't bother saying a word to anyone of her clients. New owners cleaned the shop up nice but are not experienced w techniques yet.??.

First time visiting this place, got a cool design with lines and the rainbow for pride in gel. Lines are a bit off and rainbow a bit smushed into my finger. Could've been better. I paid for manicure but couple of finger nails still have a bit of dirt underneath and still shows, didn't get a hand massage, which I love when I get a manicure. Felt rushed after she took a few calls while trying to do my nails.
