Suzy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I was originally going to give this store a 1 star review, because they opened 45 minutes after 9am and I was so close to throwing a Karen, however, Suzy was also in the parking lot with me and told me she called the manager and she should be along soon, Suzy took such good care of me. Suzy was attentive, professional, kind, and cheerful. She listened to everything I said and worked with me to give me a cut better than I imagined! The manager even gave me a coupon for the inconvenience of waiting ? Exceptional care !!

I'm so glad I tried Sport Clips! I usually get my hair at the "Walkens Welcome" place, but after they raised their prices to a ridiculous amount, I decided to check out Sport Clips since it was near where I needed to shop (Costco). They got me right in, and Renn gave me the best haircut I've had in years ~ she took her time and cut it exactly the way I wanted. Best of all, it cost half of what the other people are charging. Sport Clips has my business from now on!

Just lost a customer of 6 years. Staff quality dropped. Had back to back bad hearcuts where I had to point out obvious issues with the high spots and unsymmetrical areas. But the last straw was halfway through the mvp. For some reason, the barber turned the hot all the way up and scalded my head.
