Initially contacted them early October and they put my on the schedule for the following week. In two weeks the work wasn't done and I called and asked why. They said it was because I hadn't paid (would have been nice to know from their side). I promptly paid on October 20th. I was promised the work would be done the following week. It's December and the work still isn't done. I've called multiple times, and they always answer. They even promise to call back after checking with their 'installer'. Never gotten a call back... And the work's still not done. I'll call again, but I'm not hopeful. May have to put in a PayPal claim and get my money back.
