I’ve been yelled at 2 separate times by the staff at this place and felt very unsafe here. There were three guys just sitting there talking and when I walked in I was immediately yelled at “what do you want” and he kept yelling at me until I panicked and had to pick so I could get out of there.

Always great service. If you're in a rush, they're all business, but if you want to browse and feel chatty, they are so nice! One accidentally misjudged my age by about 30 years, what a compliment!! Good products, good prices. Def check them out for butts, batteries, and bongs!!

Asked for a glass piece and the employee snapped back at me rudely, without so much as a glance in my direction, asking me which kind. Even when purchasing he never looked at me and said nothing to me. The glass was cheaply made as well.

Counter clerk is very unhelpful and downright seems uninterested in helping you find anything specific. Don't waste your time.

The customer service at this place sucks. Per Google the shop opens at 8am however they never show up until after 9am. However today, they made it in at 9:30am but for whatever reason didn't want to open. Came back at 9:45am and still not open and no where is it posted the hours have changed. Also the guys working would rather talk to thier friends or watch TV in the back then help the customers.

The staff here is pretty dismissive and never seem to care what I want. It’s frustrating because they use to be the coolest staff. Then they just seem interested in taking to their friends at the shop not really helping customers.
