Bought a disposable vape and when I got it out of the package the juice percentage was at 60% and it tasted burnt already. 35$ down the drain since they don’t offer refunds on items they sell.. lady on the phone gave me sass like it was my fault ?

5 stars!! Great customer service, Nice selection of products with a wide variety, as well. Far better than House of Hookah up the road where the customer experience had been nothing but awkward for me and my hubby each time we’ve gone. Highly recommend Smoke 4 Less

Love this place some of the staff is kinda rude and it says they open at 9 am but their never opened at 9 I stop by before work never opened I end up leaving by 9:30 still not opened and it's happened several times really annoying

I ordered a few bottles of juice while I was in town. They said they would call me then they got in and I also offered to pay I’m advance. They never called and when I called the day after they were supposed to arrive they said they sold them to someone else. I am heading back out of salt lake to go back home and will need to find other arrangements to get juice as it’s hard to get where I moved to. Pretty pathetic they can’t even follow through with a simple order. I will not longer be shopping here
