I bought a torch there and it stopped working right away. I took it back in a few days later and showed the lady working. The torch was still brand new and was kept in the plastic wrapper. She said she couldn't do anything bc there was a slight chip on the bottom and it could have been dropped. The mark she was talking about was so small, it was barely noticeable. It could've gotten that tiny, little mark just being carried in my pocket. So even though the torch was brand new and it had only been a couple days since I first got it, she said she couldn't do anything. (She said I should have called right away but I couldn't remember the name of the smoke shop anyways to have even called..)(Also, I got down there as fast as I could, considering I don't drive and had to arrange for a ride to go back there.) I feel like she was looking for any reason to say no. All I wanted to do was just exchange it for one that worked! When all was said and done she offered me like 10% off if I wanted to buy another one. I really like the torch for some reason so like an idiot I bought another one!! She gave me a whole $2 off. Woopty Doo! Now if that was the end of the story that would be great but it's not... So I BOUGHT ANOTHER TORCH JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE BUT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?? IT BROKE TOO! So now I have 2 broken torches from that store. I didn't even waste my time going back the second time. ( I couldn't believe that the lady was serious the first time she pointed the miniscule chip on the corner of the torch and used that as the reason for refusing to exchange it. I didn't want to waste my time since I feel like they will look for any reason at all to deny you. If they had actually exchanged it and been willing to replace it I would probably have gone back but bc of that one incident I haven't gone back.)

I bought this here march 4th and it stopped working out of no where march 13th I tried to EXCHANGE it all sales are final they don’t return stuff. Stay away from this place they sell broken stuff and have terrible customer service.

Juice not cheap and customer a service gone down. I purchased a Geek vape mod 5 days ago. constantly misfired, the guy tries to trouble shoot it. When still doesn’t work, he Then proceeds to blame me. “Oh you shouldn’t plug into wall socket & oh you used the wrong juice” ??!!! He wouldn’t even offer me a discount on purchase of a more expensive one.

Treated poorly by some girl worker 02/19/24 who had 3 guy friends harassing us customers also. I will NEVER go back, BUYER BEWARE. They sell broken vapes, won't exchange.

I’ve always had wonderful interactions with this crew. Specifically, Leslie and Taylor were no nonsense and got right to what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend this place as a step ahead of the average smoke shop.

I have probably spent $1k in this place. Bought an ooze pen 30 days ago or so, it died 3 weeks later for no reason. I went in to see what they would do, and the girl all but told me to get bent. Had no solutions, no ideas, just nope. Pretty weak. Not spending another dime in this place.

I went in to get nunchyku coils they didn’t carry them but said they would order them for me and would have them in a week. I went back back to get them and nothing for 1 1/2 months it was excuse after excuse ?. I then went back (I have no idea why) to get a pod for my Caliburn the girl gave me two of them. Got home and they were the wrong ones went back that night and the guy told me they would work, I should him they were to wide and he said that box said these would work. So of course I went home opened the package and it’s to big ?. Took them back and told him they were too wide and didn’t fit. He said sorry no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. They make the mistake and I’m stuck with it pods I cannot use. I am completely done with this useless store. There are plenty other shops!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT use this store or beware you will b stuck with useless product
