I'm only giving smoke break three stars just because I had a very unpleasant experience there with a lady with bluish green hair all the other staff were very polite and professional... Because of that lady with blueish green hair I will no longer be using their service I had found a new smoke shop it's called guru 2 on State Street all the stuff or very polite and welcoming once I enter the store and the prices are way cheaper than smoke break

Prices are sky high. When I asked why they are so much high than All of the other surrounding vape and smoke shops the answer I got was "are prices are higher because we are in the heart of downtown Salt Lake'!' It makes no sense! All of the other smoke shops and vape shops that are within walking distance of this shop are also located in the same spot as them but they have a lot lower prices. The only reason why I went there was due to the fact that one of the items I buy has been discontinued and they are the only ones left with my product in their inventory still. Once that's gone though I certainly will bring my business elsewhere. The staff is very unfriendly as well.

Good pricing on pipes and vapes. They also have a loyalty card punch which i find very convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, so definitely an anxiety-calming environment for those that struggle with that kind of worry.

Prices are a little higher than some but fair for the downtown area. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. And who doesn't love a sweet doggie mascot in a shop??

This smoke shop comes highly recommended. Friendly folks great service quality products and I also really love their shop doggo. It is the first such smoke shop I've been to in a while that has their own brands of loose tobacco. I got an ounce of what I call shag which is very similar to stockerbie which usually cost up to $17 an ounce. I am very satisfied and will return. This local shop comes highly recommended.
