This is the worst smiths location. It is constantly out of produce or it is low quality. I’ve seen moldy produce out multiple times. I’ve purchased meat and when I got home it was already rotten. Shelves are constantly Empty. There are very limited international foods like Asian foods are basically nonexistent. If it wasn’t so close to my house I’d never go here.

I go out of my way to avoid this smiths. I’ll keep it brief. It’s dirty, understaffed, the employees are rude, and every shopping cart rattles like you’re pushing it down a brick road.
If you want to feel like you’re getting your groceries in a third world country, this is the Smiths for you.

Like shopping there. Only complaint is that no one is ever available to let you in the restroom if you need to go. If you ask, they will call out over the pa for an associate to meet a customer back by the restrooms and let them in..... My daughter has had to go on 6 different occasions and only 1 time did someone come let her in the restroom.
The other 5 times she gave up after 20-30 minutes of waiting for someone to come let her in.... No one ever showed up.... So great place to shop, but I would suggest making sure you and anyone with you use the restroom before you go there to shop.

You guys are failing at being a grocery store.
I’ve noticed a huge decline in quality of the facilities in the last several months. I’d rather drive the extra eight minutes to go to bountiful, even though this is the closest store to me.
There are no hand Carts available, the door was broken today & frequently Out of stock of my favorite items.
Just go somewhere else don’t go here.

Accidentally bought some meat that was two weeks expired. Store would not give me a refund. So I'll have to dispute charge with my credit card company.

This Smith's is an absolute DUMP!!!!! All the bakery stuff expires today, so "Always Fresh" is out of the question. The produce and melons looked expired too, I couldn't even buy a cantaloupe they where so old. This stores an abomination.

I live 2 blocks from this smith’s so I end up there every once in a while, but my experience there is always terrible, so I’d rather drive 10 min away to Harmon’s just so I don’t have to deal with it. Their produce sucks, it’s always running out with a terrible selection, and I just spent 20 min trying to return an online order that they screwed up, and nobody could do it so I walked away before it wasted more of my time.

Dont expect anything plant based or vegan at this location to be edible. Most items are well past expiration. Today is 07-01-24 and i found the plant based taquitos expired over 2 months ago. The icecream is frozen over. Produce selection is either missing the item or lacking fresh non-wilted items.

This stores management and employees just have never seemed very personable. And that would be fine if they were at least well trained. But we had to ring our entire basket a total of 3 times on our last visit. The clerks were unable to go back and remove an item, as well is unable to find the items advertised for large discounts that didn't ring up properly even after entering our fresh values information. In top of that, they didn't even offer to assist us with ringing up all of our purchases again, even though it was not our fault.

This is one if the worst grocery stores I have ever been too , so dirty and ghetto feeling , stay away from this dump . Salt Lake City in a whole is a dump anyway, from a traveler from Minnesota
