The smiths pickup at this location is absolutely amazing! We have been doing pickup orders here for the past two years and Adam is always the best pickup person. There have been multiple times when he has gone out of his way to correct something with our order. Today me and my husband accidentally forgot our order and showed up late. Even though it was late Adam took the time to go back and find some substitutions for us. Absolutely amazing customer service and we will 100% continue shopping here.

This store is staffed with rude ignorant people who hate their jobs. The store is filthy and there are cockroaches in the produce section. From the many reviews about how rude, racist, ignorant, and awful the staff is here, Kroger should check consider wiping the slate clean and starting over. Fire them all. There’s a rot here (and I’m not just talking about the moldy produce)

Underground parking is the bomb for any day over 85˚F and under 50˚F. Staff are everywhere, so easy to find something if you don’t mind asking (sorry guys! If you don’t ask, it could take a bit of searching) There is a high degree of homelessness in the area, so do ask for the code to the bathroom ON YOUR WAY TO the bathroom. In my experience, the staff don’t hang out near the bathroom, so it will be a long walk and wait if you have to hunt someone down after you confirm that the door is locked with a passcode. You can always find a staff member or six in the front of the store.
