I love everything about the place except their fried chickens that comes 8 pcs. I been eating their chicken for two weeks and had the most uncomforting #2 on the toilet. Like passing rocks. What are they cooking with? Lard?

Sarah Lee, the bookkeeper, helped me prepay at the Smith's gas pump today and she was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person I've come across for a really long time. She's the first person I've talked to today and I think it's a good reminder that every little interaction you have with someone can make a difference in their day you can't anticipate. Smiths, whatever you're paying Sarah Lee, it's not enough!Later when I went in I saw butter had a coupon on it and Jamie at the checkout helped me set up the Smith's app because I couldn't quite figure it out while I was back I'm dairy. Everyone has been so kind on this store - wow!

Ordering pickup is always straightforward and easy to use with the app. I'm never waiting more than 4-5 minutes, and the staff are friendly, polite, and make sure I have what I ordered and even go over any substitutes with me.

Ah, Smith's. When I don't feel like surviving Walmart. So much easier to navigate. And no unnecessary, disgruntled greeter there to attempt to make me feel welcome. Cause I don't.

This is a rather small Smith I don't stop there frequently because of this fact. Isles are small, narrow and complicated to get a navigate through while other people are shopping. But when I buy hotdog buns and I'm careful not to smash themand the cashier or bag boy clearly smashes them to the degree there's a fingerprint still left in the buns. I'm going to take that as they're telling me they don't want me to shop there anymore and will not. The cashier and the bag boys are rude rude rude inconsiderate, Dismissive, Unengaged

Nicholas from Produce is amazing! I bought 2 bushels of Chile that also needed to be roasted. He took such great care to ensure that he was roasting them at the correct heat, which is so important. He was patient and friendly and deserved a raise in my opinion! Great customer service is not as easy to come by as it used to be…mostly because if customers in my opinion, so his excellent level of service is even more appreciated.

Usually have no problems with the employees. Patrick, Brenda, Tonya, Eddie, Jason, Addison are all great! However, tonight, I stopped in for just a few quick items. I have half my items up on the conveyor belt, and the cashier, Thorma (I guess that's how you spell her name), just walked off with no word. Not, "I'm going to the bathroom ""it's my break time", nothing. She just simply walked away down the paper towels/toilet paper aisle towards the back of the store

At self check out. They always make you feel like your a.crimnal at large. But the people. Walking around with back packs. Not.coming up to pay for.any thing just.walking around filling the bags up. That's OK. One of the workers comes out yelling g after.i.just.got.done paying over $100 worth of itemsMiss. Did you forget to pay for your paper towels. No sir. It's not paper it's. Bathroom tissue, You. Idiot, with big crazy long Orange Hair Howembarrassing. Maybe they think. This cause they make so little. Cause they do so little. Don't shop here the food is always out of date. The meat dept smells like dead meat rotting the. Fruit and veggies. Has bugs. Don't shop and on top of all that they can make you a theft even if you never stole a thing in your life.

I been smith store membership since 2017 as customer, they really good with customers but they don't respect employees works there. Most people work there years and years are very rude and disrect to others is not only this store is just in general smith store

The staff and management are so friendly and helpful! I love the Smith's on 4065 Redwood Rd. I have been to other Smith's and it's just not the same. The store is clean and always busy. There produce is fresh and the displays always look nice. Great grocery store.

Both their mailer and digital coupons are really good on saving money. Fresh bakery and produce. Their deli salads are always fresh.

I am always having issues here. I just tried calling to ask about a coupon I have and I hot a hold of someone who then transferred me. but no picked up my transferred call. and no one has been able to give me a straight answer on how to use a customer relations coupon. this is so frustrating and stressful to deal with.

Self Check out workers, on 6/6/2023, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a grocery store. I ran into one of my Co-workers while shopping we ended up talking and walking around and looking at items together. I wanted a beer after work so I grabbed a can of beer for myself and we both went to two kiosks to purchase our items. She was then asked for her ID so that I could purchase my beer. I said we are two separate transactions. I clearly only had beer for one person. and regardless I'm 30 years old. They said that it's company policy if they notice two people together that they both have to show ID even if the other person isn't purchasing the beer, that we have been "Identified" as together. even though we were at different Kiosks to purchase our items. I asked for the Manager and he agreed that they have to see both our ID's before I could purchase my 1 Can of Modelo, between my Co-worker and I we had about $70 worth a food to purchase, so I said you're willing to let a $70 purchase walk away over 1 beer. The Manager at this location said "We don't care, we're not going to argue to leave the store and to never come back" I responded with Gladly... Worst Customer service ever experienced. I do not plan to return to any smiths in the future, plenty of grocery stores that don't harass their customers.
