Allows any dog inside. I watched an unleashed dog “poop” in the produce section. So gross! I wonder what other health code violations they ignore. Perhaps hand washing? Temperature control for fish and meat? Sanitizing? Seems to me they disregard the safety of their customers as well as ignoring guidelines put in place to protect the public. Service animals are well trained and leashed and provide a needed service. Dogs in carts, unleashed, or not service animals shouldn’t be allowed. Their corporate policy states no dogs other than service animals are allowed but it’s just empty corporate words. I’m going to take my money somewhere else where they value food safety and I will certainly vocalize my disgust of Smiths to anyone and everyone I can.

this pharmacy isn’t allowed to answer their phone if you call so it takes 20 to 25 mins with the phone ringing for them to answer it. And their online services don’t work properly so you have to drive there to even ask them the simplest of questions it’s so frustrating sitting on the phone ringing for 20’mins and then sometimes once they finally answer, you end up getting put on hold immediately for another 15 mins its ridiculous.

Disorganized and not competently managed. I went through the self check out and tried to buy a six pack of beer, but was told that I would not be able to buy the beer because the store had not put it in the system; I had bought this beer before from this store a couple weeks ago - After asking why this would be the case, and why this product was on display for purchase The cashier shrugged and said “oh that’s just how it happens” I asked for the manager - Mark, who frankly couldn’t have given my predicament any less care or concern; he denied the sale of a product purely because it was “not in the system” I had just selected this product off of his store shelves with an advertised price. It’s incredibly lazy and unprofessional to not have the shelved product in the system. Mark’s inability to accomplish this fundamental task inhibited me from being able to purchase product and Mark demonstrated he couldn’t have cared less.I would look at having Mark retrained as he seems to not understand the basics of grocery store management in that product should be in the system so that the customers can purchase them. This seems self-explanatory, yet Mark’s management of the store speaks to the contrary - I’m sure my experience is not the only example of his poor management.

Usually able to find and get anything and everything we need from here. Changed the aisles around but didn't change the signs, so a little confusing. Always have great deals and sales and love the clearance areas. Checkout is fairly quick, and cashiers are friendly.

Smith's is a great example of consistency without sacrificing quality. From the food to the employees they remain steady. Good job with quality vendors, great customer service, and a clean updated store.

The fuel pump wasn't working and there wasn't a sign on it. The clerk came out to check the pump and was very pleasant.

I was having a hard day with grocery shopping and let's just admit it who likes to grocery shop when you have a million other things I need to be doing. Well as I was walking out of the store I saw Mathew str8 making sure he did the best job at making sure all the trash was out from the bottom of all trash bins he went above and beyond today

I just bought a gift card and they sold me a damaged card. The only person who had contact was their cashier . Not sure how but the card never worked and they would not return my money. So pathetic to steal money like that

The pharmacy literally never answers there phones. When you go in and frustrated because they should have had your meds filled they have the nerve to say just call next time after you try for over an hour with 12 separate calls prior to you going down.

Mar. 4th 2024 @ 8pmBought 8 bottles of 2 gallon whole milk. What happened is the price on the glass door of refrigerators for the 2 gallon whole milk is $2.79 and when we checked out on the self check out, the price is $3.09. When we asked Vanessa the manager, she said that they should fix it!!!! who are they? She is in charge of the section, but she blamed other employees. She asked another employee, Stephanie, to go check on the glass door because they didn’t trust us. they thought that we are lying or digging for 30 cents. Stephanie came back and she said oh I didn’t check on the glass door and the other employee said that Stephanie was on a break. At that time we just gave up and paid the full price $3.09 and this is not the first time this happened with us. Prices on items are not the same prices on the system. I have a business and I usually buy 10 bottles of the 2 gallons milk every three days from the same store. The manager, Vanessa , was unprofessional and employees were disrespectful.
