Sarah Lee, the bookkeeper, helped me prepay at the Smith's gas pump today and she was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person I've come across for a really long time. She's the first person I've talked to today and I think it's a good reminder that every little interaction you have with someone can make a difference in their day you can't anticipate. Smiths, whatever you're paying Sarah Lee, it's not enough!Later when I went in I saw butter had a coupon on it and Jamie at the checkout helped me set up the Smith's app because I couldn't quite figure it out while I was back I'm dairy. Everyone has been so kind on this store - wow!

This is a rather small Smith I don't stop there frequently because of this fact. Isles are small, narrow and complicated to get a navigate through while other people are shopping. But when I buy hotdog buns and I'm careful not to smash themand the cashier or bag boy clearly smashes them to the degree there's a fingerprint still left in the buns. I'm going to take that as they're telling me they don't want me to shop there anymore and will not. The cashier and the bag boys are rude rude rude inconsiderate, Dismissive, Unengaged

Switched pharmacies for location conveniences. Picked up my medication here two times. My first experience was OK. My second experience was so bad, I’m changing pharmacies again. Never want to encounter that employee again. He was completely rude and undermining. When I gave him my date of birth he made it seem like my medication was no where to be found?! Talk about anxiety! It was the same medication I had tried to pick up the first time so I knew it was there!!!! And it was. He was just being a huge weirdo about my address???? When the first time I was there it was no issue. And my ID was never checked. No name tag or I’d be calling management. After reading reviews, I am glad to be changing pharmacies now instead of later.

Smiths pharmacy has lost a few people that have been filling medicines for over 10+ years all because Tony the supposably manager didn’t care how he spoke to my disabled mother laughed in her face like she was a joke then when she gave a reaction it’s a problem. No the manger needs to be changed because you don’t speak to paying customers like they’re beneath you. The whole world is understaff you chose the job chose, but to be arrogant and feel like you have some type of power. Karma comes and goes around you’ll have yours tony ?? Good luck working with this pharmacy terrible staff terrible communication skills don’t know you didn’t need them skills I guess anyone can be in his position now a days.

I transfered from mail order back to Smith's in part because they send me wrong or unneeded medication items and they object to taking it back. Smith's pharmacy seem to make a lot of effort so you cannot see what you're getting, I tried to turn a bottle around to see what it was and the woman snatched away she the rang it and the other items up. Then she put it in a bag and stapled it shut. I tore it open and found I have $68 of a unneeded medication. So do I throw it away now or keep it a few years and throw it away when it expire? Huh, Dear Smith's next time I want to see exactly what each item is before you proceed with ringing the items up. I hope they read this. I guess I accepted the checkout process as most people and to some extend trust them? but once it go wrong it's, no more. Actually when I went there before they filled my ointment with the wrong size several times but that I can see from a distance, they also have given me cream instead of ointment which I can't see unless I look at the label, the mail order also send the wrong item more than once and it took a long time to get it fixed. They were not happy. Apparently is more common to use the cream so doctors or pharmacists do not bother to check if it is actually what I use, but even if the doctor do not specify or write it wrong the mail order said they'll call me if there is any change to my regular medication but they don't so I feel they are partly at fault. Anyway now I got a very unneeded item from Smith's and unless they let me check what they selling me I might (almost) be better off with mail order. Getting refill medication has become a stressful occupation.

Now I have read some of the complaints of the other people now some are valid but some of the complaints are ridiculous to me but honestly when one of the staff tells me it will be done within a certain amount of time and then 30 minutes later its on backorder that is just bad communication or bad training

Gotta find a new pharmacy. 30 min wait every month I come here. I dread it every single month and sure enough every time, long long lines. Half the time they can’t find me in the system either. Someone else comes over and finds me fine.
