MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR MEDICINE! I called and they did confirmed that they did miscounted. I came back the following day and collected them, but when I was there the Pharmacist MARK asked me what was going on, like it was my fault. I tried to talk to him so they can avoid this situation in the future, but he just shunned me and said " you got your meds right? " and turned around while I was still talking to him. He did not apologize or even acknowledge their mistake. They made me feel like I did something wrong. Miscounting medicine is something that should be brought up to attention. That little mistake could lead to something serious. Count your meds!

The pharmacy, accidently gave me too many pills for my prescription. Mark called later that day and asked me to return the rest and they would give me a gift card for the hassle.I returned the pills and Mark immediately accused me of stealing them! Saying the bottle should have had more in it. I told him that was all that was in there and he kept accusing me and said, hold on I'm going to check my cameras to see....The nerve! Not only did I take the time to return what you messed up on, you then accuse me of stealing! After looking at his cameras, Mark of course couldn't see that I stole anything but still had the balls to ask, are you suuuure you don't know where the extra pills are?I will never give my money to this pharmacy again considering they lose pills and then accuse the customer of stealing them.Oh and did I ever get the gift cards, absolutely not.A bunch of rude, lying, individuals work here.

Rudest pharmacists ever. Like if you can’t do something, fine cool we get it. But don’t go yelling at chronically sick patients who are simply doing their best to fill and take their medications that they rely on for any quality of life and well being.Not cool.Extremely rude and very disrespectful choices of words when speaking to good and innocent human beings. Some of us have it bad enough living with the diseases itself. We don’t need to be yelled at by ruthless angry misjudging “professionals”Next time a simple “oh no I’m sorry we can’t policy says this” And that’s it -would be good.

Worst pharmacy I've ever attempted to use.New dosage prescription sent in on September 18; called on September 22nd to confirm that it was ready and was told it would be ready for pickup the next day.Tried to pick it up on the morning of September 25th and was told they couldn't fill it until the 27th and I would have to call and ask them to fill it.Called and submitted my refill request via the automated system and was given a new pickup date of Tuesday, October 4th.It is now Friday, October 6th and I stopped to pick it up and was told they could fill it in 30 minutes... as I was about to drive away, they stopped me and said they're actually out of stock and could maybe get it in by Monday, October 9th.They've had my prescription order for 3 weeks now and are now blaming the supply chain. (I know there are issues with supply chain, but why on earth wouldn't you say that 3 weeks ago?!)Getting a prescribed medication should not be this difficult!

Truly one of the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. They lost my mothers prescription then told me I’d have to get out of line so they could help other customers. I understand they have to help other customers but that doesn’t mean they should be rude and say “get out of line so we can help other people while we go through hundreds of other bags trying to find it.” Then I was told I could speak to the manager if I was unsatisfied but he won’t be in until tomorrow and probably would be too busy to talk to me. Overall just a rude and unprofessional experience.

STOP PUTTTING PHOTO ID's IN THE RX BAG. Yes, you tell people about it. Yes, you have a sign. But A LOT of people have had issues with this. Especially in the drive through, it isn't always possible to get the ID immediately out of the bag.Whoever answers the phone has been VERY rude about this when even passively mentioned... as if it is unreasonable people forget their card/ID is in the bag when NO WHERE ELSE DOES THIS BUT YOU.SFVKGBJDJOJSHF Stop it

This pharmacy is by far the most unorganized and poorly managed pharmacy. Customer service skills are nonexistent. All the staff I have ever worked with have been rude. I'd send my prescriptions elsewhere.
