This is my go to grocery store for the essentials.The staff are very kind and most seem on point. Several times I was able to get a real cashier ta help me and my elderly friend.The parking lot feels sketchy at times, but so is the neighborhood. I frequently give a food item to homeless people asking for help if I do not recognize them (everyone deserves to have food). Our favorite employee is Ethan and the management that we regularly see.

Recently went and the pharmacy tech was so rude!! I love the pharmacist here but I never experienced a tech so rude.

Smiths Pick Up Order- associates are circumventing their own internal rules in order to meet a goal set in stone by corporate. The associates are to serve customers in a timely manner with their pick up orders. When customers drive up an associate immediately takes the Out of Stock list out to a customers car and then closes out the order long before customers receive their groceries. The issue with this is if the bread is smashed or produce is over ripe customers are forced to pull around to the front of the store and go inside to reconcile at the customer service desk changing the order from contactless to full on contact while your ice cream and cold items melt or sour in the car. Associates are cheating an internal system and not taking care of customers. Be sure you receive your product, check the bread, eggs and produce prior to them closing out your order. You get to check your items in the store before paying for them and it should be the same for Pick up Service.

Been a long time customer,over the years & here in North Las Vegas , Nevada 2255 Las Vegas Blvd, about 2 years. Valentine's Day, came across EBONY, she has been my cashier several times & always is smiling and very professional.She engages in friendly conversation, while moving your items thru her line. Very nice to have a pleasant person cashier & helper bagging your groceries! EBONY is an asset to this store! Thanks Smith's for help keeping prices as low as possible!

DO NOT ORDER FOR SHIP!!!!! I ordered diapers and wipes to ship because the pack size of diapers wasn't available any other way. Six days later, I got a box of nutrition shakes. I spent $160 on the ship order, and when I called customer service they said all they can do is give me a refund in 7-10 business days. I am livid. I was on hold for 17 minutes before anyone would talk to me. They were rude, talked over me, and told me I could give the shakes to a neighbor.

This is the 5th time they have completely messed up a prescription for me. About the 10th time for my mother.They always claim they have never received the doctors notes but my doctors HAVE sent it to them... They just lie about everything and ignore you and act like you're bothering them by picking up the meds you need!?!?It's to the point I might call the news room to investigate why they're so bad. I feel like many laws are being broken from reading these comments...

Doctor phone in my RX. I called the pharmacy a week later, and they did not fill the prescription. They pharmacist was very rude and snotty over the phone and asked me if I wanted to fill it. I said yes, isn't that what a pharmacy usually does when a doctor phones in a prescription? The pharmacist then made some insulting remarks, rather than apologizing, and finally said yes, they will fill the prescription. It is the first time I've ever been insulted by a pharmacist for wanting to pick up a prescription that was not ready.

I literally cannot stress enough that this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Over the last six or so months, I've made the mistake of using this location to fill about 10 or so prescriptions (so my experiences are apparently not just one bad day). I have not had a single, normal experience where everything went correctly. My prescriptions are routinely not ready even remotely on time, we're talking over a day late, prescriptions have been filled incorrectly, there seems to be a serious disconnect in linking my pets' accounts to mine, and the staff is purely just difficult and unhelpful. Most recently, I watched the staff actively ignore an elderly woman who was trying to pick up her medication. Rather than telling her that they would help her momentarily, they tried to stay out of her line of sight. That's not only weird, but very unprofessional. This pharmacy is just generally sketchy and I strongly question their standards.

Over it!! Your delivery service is trash! It's more like mystery shopping and a game of "guess what's in the bag". Not only do they NOT bring item's (common items) like Milk, eggs, etc, they literally brought a single banana, when we ordered a bushel of bananas and a whole a pineapple when we ordered SLICED PINAPPLE..... We're done using your services. Because every damn time, I have to run to the store anyway, to get the god damn items your lazy shoppers didn't bring... F****** horrible. This is NOT HARD.

I found the staff to be very helpful, both in person and on the phone when I had a follow-up question. I spoke to the pharmacist and two different technicians and they were all knowledgeable. Friendly and not dismissive at all.

Did online delivery today. What a joke. Missing items, extra items and substitutions were horrific! The replacements she did for out of stock items were awful. And no lie, more than half my items ordered were "out of stock"

I legitimately just found two of those plastic tags they use to connect clothes to price tags IN MY BLOCK OF CHEESE. I almost just swallowed it, twice. Pretty disgusted. How do these even make it inside a CHEESE block?
