First time visiting SLC and we popped into Smith's, assuming it was their local grocery store. Which it was.Great looking supermarket and clean.The cashier was super friendly. She was dressed up for Halloween.

Booked an appointment for a specific vaccine/mfgr 10 days in advance. When I got to the pharmacy, they were out of the vaccine. No electronic or other notice so it was a trip wasted.

Opened the corn I just brought home, and there was mold all over it. They won't let me send a photo and do the refund over the phone.

I brought up my service animal and one of the person that works for her name is Sue did not have any identification on her I feel that she was profiling me because I'm gay and Hispanic she followed me and loudly said is that a service animal and I said yes and then she asked me what services provided and I told her every time I've gone in there for the last five times she keeps calling me asking the same questions and asking for medical information and my certification which is illegal and I've let her know this last time I went in and her boss was there and he harassed me too and asked me to leave that he was gonna kick me out unless I showed him the certification I saw him certification and I told him that it was illegal for them to do that now I did reach out to Headquarters and I haven't heard from them and I also called the manager there they said they were gonna get back with me they did two strikes of illegal things most of the people that work there are very nice but I feel like I've been harassed and been profiled my next step is seeking legal advice I don't want to go in there anymore and it literally two blocks from my house

After a year of shopping there I was completely embarrassed and humiliated by a manager requesting that I leave my gym bag up front. I have been shopping there ever since I moved front Long Beach, Ca. a year ago and I usually come straight from the gym. I caught Uber home to where I live in Sugar House and for her (the manager) to treat me like that was an insult to my character! I now will be doing a very minimum amount of shopping there.

Just rude employees I've never seen and I've been coming to this smiths since they rebuilt it and open its doors to the public. Imagine your waiting at self checkout looking like a dummy cause you're trying to purchase your things and the chip reader is not working for your card so you call a lady for help cause she's just standing there looking just as dumb as you are and she says "she's standing right there" to you (the other woman working at self checkout helping everyone else) she asks "we'll what did you need?" and I tell her "my card isn't reading in the chip reader" then she says try your card again and you tell her "I did, twice" but makes you try it again and it's still not reading then she says "well what do you want me to do Now?" with attitude And walks away and makes someone else go to help me and they're being rude just because.
