I get my groceries delivered all the time, but ONLY smiths has some off brand - bizarre banana of the alien variety "apart of the bunch"I'm tired of it, SMITHS DO BETTER

Their system and their processes are not aligned. I get messages that orders are ready for pick up and they have no record of ever filling them. One person is usually nice about it but also seems to have no idea what’s going on even after months of working with her. Others are very rude and tell me to come back in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes they still haven’t flagged it to be refilled so it still isn’t started. This has happened most of the months I’ve come for refills.

This review is purely for the pick up service. It's vastly superior to every other pick up service that I have experienced. The pick up service at Smith's differs from other chains because they do it in house. That means that the person picking out your veggies is an actual grocery employee. I can tell you that when I order with instacart, pick up or delivery, that frequently you get weird substitutions or they tell you that a store is out of something when you know that there's no way that they're out, or even sometimes they pick the worst example of the vegetable because they're not knowledgeable with produce. This kind of stuff never happens when I do Smith's pick up. It's almost like they read my mind! The quality of the produce and substitutions is always impeccable. Even my eggs are always intact! My only complaint is that I wish there was an option to choose no bags. My house is starting to over flow with bags. I frequently bring my own bags so I could easily use my own. Sometimes if there's not a lot of stuff, I will move the items from their bags into mine but it would be nice to have something more formal when checking out on the website.I also feel like shopping online and using the digital coupons saves me not only time but a lot of money. I'm able to quickly compare prices and do the math to figure out what's the best value. At the store, sometimes I'm in a rush to get out the door and I don't sit there and take my time to calculate the best option. The pick up option is another way that I save money because it prevents me from impulsively eating out. If you spend at least $35, pick up is free and it's almost as convenient as delivery. Everytime you cook a meal at home, even if it's a convenience frozen meal, you are saving money not eating out. I'd rather save my eating out experiences for more upscale experiences than end up eating out every other day out of pure convenience, just saying. Definitely take advantage of using their loyalty account and digital coupons. You can rack up savings ahead of time and not fuss with paper coupons. Also, you can rack up fuel points for free, no expensive membership fee required. It's all free! When you shop regularly, it's very easy to rack up enough fuel points to get $1 off per gallon every time you fuel up, and who couldn't benefit from that?

I thought I am the only one to have bad experience till I read all other reviews.. bad energy, bad customer service, slow only one young long dark hair lady that running to help every one, the others are lazy just walking or staring at the computer. I am moving my meds to different pharmacy.

I don't know what I did to Kim, but I dread speaking to her. She's lied to me about my medications. I was once told by her that they didn't have my medications and was sobbing in confusion as I walked away until another pharmacist asked what i needed, checked for me and said they have them. I'm still polite when I speak with her because she might just decide I don't get my meds. This month I'm on day 5 of withdrawals and the only thing she'll tell me is that my meds are backordered. That's it. No suggestions, advice or, instructions. I've had good experiences with other staff at this location but, overall, employing her says they don't care about their patients mental health. It's bad.

Last year I had to complain that the store wasn't turning on parking lights until 8 pm when it got dark at 5 pm. This year it's the closing off of the entry going into the store. I've complained repeatedly to the corporate office, the fire marshal and the store managers. They did stop stacking shopping carts in front of the door, but the new "trick" is to put the doors are "out of order" sign on at night. This is against the city code, the fire code, and OSHA code. This store does not value the safety of it's patrons and are more worried about the loss of beer. They lose more money on the self checkout when people do not scan all the items in their cart. I believe it's time to cut ties with this worthless store and corporation.

I scheduled an appointment with this pharmacy for a vaccination and had a wonderful experience with a pharmacist named Bruce. Historically I’ve always had very transactional interactions with pharmacists but he was incredibly sweet, personable and knowledgeable. He was happy to be there, made the experience as smooth as possible, and made my day better. Thank you for what you do Bruce!

Will not be returning to this location after being a regular for ~1 year. I've had several terrible experiences here. Usually, Smith's pharmacies usually do a pretty good job, are quick, and are fairly professional. But this location takes the cake for disrespect and horrendous customer service. 99% of the time, they let the phone ring for around 45 seconds to 1 min every time I or family has called, if they answer at all (and no, they were not on lunch or anywhere near). On one occasion, I stood at the pick-up counter for over 10 minutes with another customer behind me, while 5-6 workers who absolutely saw us standing there gave no acknowledgement, no "someone will be with you shortly", nothing. Only 2 of them were actually on a computer and/or phone, while the others were having a nice gossip/chat session, not a care in the world. It wasn't until someone from the very back, who had no idea I was there (of course none of the workers bothered to tell her), came to the front, saw me, and hurried to help me (she was very nice and helpful, obviously irate that the others didn't flag her down. She seemed like the only one actually hustling and bustling). The other day, I called about transferring some Rxs, and the gentleman I spoke with made sure to complain to me multiple times for a few minutes about how much work it is transferring Rxs from multiple places, and how inconvenient it is for my Dr to do that, since there was a mix-up with where my prescriptions were sent.Another incident I experienced was when I called to let the pharmacy know not to give any information to anyone about my medications or let anyone pick them up except for myself, for personal but important reasons. The lady I spoke to was obviously annoyed with me when I asked for this, and I had to argue with her and actually had to convince her for a good 5 minutes as to why before she would put that note into my profile. She was very snarky the entire time, and not convinced whatsoever that I needed that done, and kept asking questions about why I wanted to, when it was absolutely none of her business why I wanted it done (and frankly embarrassing for me to explain). I have never had any other pharmacy even question me whatsoever when I've asked for that service. That is SO dangerous considering the amount of domestic violence victims that would need those precautions put into place for their safety. The icing on the cake though was when I went to call yesterday to check if my prescription was ready, because online it said that it was still in progress, and I had requested the refill 3 days ago. Yet again, the line rang for over a minute, until somebody actually picked up the receiver, just to hang it up immediately (it wasn't hard to tell from what I heard that they intentionally hung up on me). I called again, and 30 seconds later was met with a very annoyed pharmacist, who made sure to audibly sigh and sound very bored when she introduced herself after answering the phone, and spoke to me in a very patronizing manner the entire conversation. Again, how dare anybody call during operating hours, right? It's also worth mentioning that on another occasion, I saw the pharmacy staff being very disrespectful towards an older gentleman who was simply trying to figure out what was going on with his insurance, and they were astoundingly rude to him as well. Something definitely needs to change at this location.

My problem is not that I have to wait for my prescription, but that I have to *consistently* wait twice as long as what they tell me. “It’ll be ready in 15” it’s not ready for 30 mins. “It’ll be ready in 30” I waited an hour. STAFF: It’s better to overestimate and get a call that’s it’s ready sooner than underestimate and wait around. Also, I can tell they are stressed, but instead of just pretending I don’t exist at the counter, “I’ll be with you in a second” would go a long way.

My fiancé went here to pick up his prescription, the same one that he’s been getting at smiths for four years now, and the lady suddenly couldn’t find him in the system. She was abrasive and rude and was short with him when he was just asking questions as to why it wasn’t showing up. No one was in line behind him and there were three people working the counter, there should be no reason for him to be shooed away when your system is the one that is failing.
