My go to grocery store in the area. Isn’t the closest but is definitely the best. Prices are good and the customer service is great. Have been shopping here for almost 18 years and always a pleasant experience.

Clean, nice store. Just lacking a bit in the sandwich selection in the deli. I could've gone for an Italian sub

The worst Smiths in the state. The worst Kroger store I have ever been to. 8 aisles of soda in the middle make you hike 2 miles to get anywhere or anything you need. Please @kroger re organize this store. Millcreek is a healthy place with active people. I just hate going to this store and it is the worst part of this neighborhood.

The parent company KROGER is discriminatory. NOT all people have a cell phone, especially the senior citizens. Cell phones and the monthly plans are expensive. You offer digital coupons to people who have cell phones and can clip the coupons for the discount. HIGHLY DISCRIMINATORY. Cost of all items, SHOULD be the same for EVERYONE. KROGER NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

Whenever I'm in this area, i like to go to this Smith's on my lunch break. They have this ham & gouda sanldwich on 3 little pretzel buns for $5-$6. Pretty tasty and worth my time.

I was waiting to get the chocolate almond cake, but of course the day that I needed it, it was out of stock. I asked the lady, Sage, if they had any cakes and she looked in the back. She made it look nice, it was the sweetest thing anyone’s ever done for me on my bday. Thank you Sage!

This store is always impeccably clean and well stocked. However, we experienced a situation I don't believe management will appreciate reading. Today, we came in to purchase groceries for an upcoming large family gathering. In several different areas, there were displays of Ruffles and Tostitos chips that were specifically listed as $2.49 each when you purchase 4 bags with your Smith's card. We purchased 4 of EACH types, and after leaving the checkstand, we realized we were charged $5.49 each bag. We went to the Customer Service desk for a price adjustment and were told that sometimes the "system" is down. Whaaaaat?...that is absolutely not an acceptable excuse, if your store is advertising an item on sale, your "system" better be correct!!! The "system" didn't have any issue adding up the total of our order, the "system" didn't have any issue processing our payment, etc. To say that to a customer is ridiculous. I wonder if I came back to the store today, and purchased additional chips, if the "system" would be corrected OR the issue completely ignored. I mean, if the excuse you give is the "system" is down, then the employee had BETTER bring the issue to the attention of someone to fix the problem immediately. What about your other customers who DIDN'T just happen to check their receipts? Very disappointed today, seriously.

This is the worst Smiths in the valley. Needs much improvement. From stocking the shelfs, to its employees they hire and management.

For such a massive store, the amount of times they are completely out of common items, especially produce is astounding. About every other week I have to go to a second store

New belt self checkouts are the stupidest, get rid of them. Self checkouts are already kind of stupid, like giving random errors for just trying to use them as quickly as possible. The new belt ones force you to place your item on the belt and have it roll 10ft away from you or the system takes that item off the purchase list. Apparently the hand scanner skips the belt, but that isn’t in the screen instructions at all. Also, no buttermilk?????? Not happy.

Doors on the south side were closed before 10:00pm, a little early don’t you think?
Was at the self check out, and they literally have 6 employees standing there talking but nobody to be at the register. On of them, a woman 5 ft 4 roughly 190 lbs, brown hair, 35-40 years old was very disrespectful and condescending when showing me an error on the machine. I can’t believe it’s someone’s job to help people with the machine and she approaches it with such disrespect. I go to this store every few days, you lost my business. Fire her, Sunday night May 2024.
