I was an employee of the Smith's in Las Vegas, and they actually applied for a cc on my behalf without my consent. It was through USBank for the Smith's Rewards Wold Elite Mastercard.Due to fraud with my ss number, I would have to unfreeze my number...just got a denial, not enough information, from USBank.I never applied for their card, did not consent to have them apply for me.Left messages at Kroger Corp and spoke with US Bank verification, who said they would remove the inquiry...but how can Smiths, work with bank inside the store...USBank, get away with forcing their card on employees without your consent. Getting an attorney.

Great prices although they need to change the hours of operation. It's says 11 pm on here. 10pm on the window but I was just told by the attendant they close at 8 pm now.

Only go here for pre-packaged items. I needed sliced meat from the deli once and I literally saw the man working mopping the floors, came to ask what i needed and then proceeded to cut my deli meat without washing his hands or even CHANGING GLOVES. I had to ask him to change his gloves and he acted very put out. Not to mention the horrible smell when you walk into this Smiths. Smells like a rotten refrigerator. Step it up Smiths, you've got a lot of people that live near you but I'm sure by now most go to the Smiths off 94th!!

Alexa working in the gas station box literally saved our New Year's Eve. We drove to a ton of smith's looking for propane, everyone was out and implied that we wouldn't be able to find any. Finally we ended up here with Alexa. Not only did they have propane, but Alexa was so helpful and friendly helping us get it out so thus saving our new years.b

If you want to find a grocery store that will allow full operation while there is a customer's dead body just lying there to rot within 10ft of the checkout stand, well this is the place for you. Maybe management could have done something rather than literally nothing???

Twice in a row this last week, I went to pay cash for gas, no attendant in sight. Lost my business.

Trying to get an answer from an employee, acted put out and inconsiderate. I shop here bi weekly, and spend a lot. I will drive further to store that values their customers.

Annmarie was a real peace of work hassles all the way around to me and the lady in front of me. Quincy confirmed she is often not good to work with.

The selection is fairly average as far as a grocery store goes. The set up is the largest downfall of this grocery store. The aisles are in the most random order. Although my grocery lists are scatterbrained, I don't need the store to be the same. Nothing is in the order it would make sense. You can get crackers in one aisle, but you have to cross over the school supplies aisle to retrieve any chips. They have beverages to go with your snacks, but you have to cross over the health and beauty aisles to get there. The theme seems to be that any aisle that is not food is scattered randomly. My other complaint is about the lack of COVID precautions. Carts are brought into the store with no regulations of being sanitized. There was also an issue with employees not appropriately covering their faces with a mask. I was able to get all of my groceries, which was my main goal. Though, the process was long.

Worst run smiths. Never stocked, dirty and just depressing. Only time it is acceptable is when corporate shows up to inspect the property. Step it up Kroger

Filled up before 8:00 AM on 06/26/20, during COVID-19 Pandemic. The washer fluid and paper towels were available. Hopeful they'd have sanitizing wipes/hand sanitizer available, but didn't. I brought my own, so that was okay. Was nice to fill up our Corolla for under $13.00 with our Smith's FV card. It had a little less than a quarter tank upon arrival.
