The sales person had NO shoehorn I could use to try-on a pair of shoes. Needless to say, I did not buy the shoes. She lost a sale. :-(

I came in to this store at 6:15pm on 9/7/24 & bought some shoes. The heavy set girl with glasses was at the front counter. She was more interested to be on her personal phone instead of helping customers. She didn't even greet me when I came in.
Wow customers should come first, not your friend on the phone. As I checked out she was talking to her friend on the phone VERY RUDE SHE SHOULD BE HELPING THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!
Wow I have been a customer for many years.

thank youuuu to markaylee (excuse me if spelling is wrong!!) who helped me choose between two pairs of shoes and was so knowledgable and kind about it. a new pair of shoes is quite the investment and she was overall so helpful!!

I went in the other night around 20 mnts. before they close, and Mikaela and Rae (I’m pretty sure I am spelling all this wrong/sorry) were really patient and kind to me. I will definitely come back to this location!

A bit pricey, but everything is on sale right now so that helped a little. That being said, this store has any kind of shoe you can imagine with Sketchers soles. Super comfy and pretty durable too. It wasn't busy and the ladies working there offered to help but weren't annoying about it.

They have a great variety of shoes there for every lifestyle. And they had 5 whole shelving units for wide and extra wide shoes.Customer service was great.
