I posted this review on a specific station, but that was clearly a mistake.I went to a Sinclair station and the building is in terrible shape; it is clear that a choice was made to not paint this building.Somehow, I doubt that the person running the station footed the bill to install monitors on each pump so that not even one second of a customer's life is not subject to advertising.They then replied and threw the franchise owner under the bus. That is disappointing, though not terribly surprising."Thank you for sharing your review. These are not the experiences we want our customers to have. We will be sure to pass this feedback to the station owner. -Sinclair"To be clear, everything that happened at this station is a direct result of corporate greed. That may not have been clear to begin with. They'll pay for stuff that makes them more money. If it won't be obviously profitable then it's not worth it.The people responsible for this are the C-Suite at Sinclair. Your CEO made 5.91 million dollars last year, y'all couldn't spot a franchise owner a bucket of paint? Greed is ugly.

They are rolling out a new program eliminating their credit card and goingto an app off of a smart phone. I do not have a smart phone and i do not access these types of apps. I would not continue to do business with a company that forces you to do something you do not want.

The Sinclair on the Navajo reservation the Gap az has employees that are rude to other family members like myself due to some infidelity issues and made me extremely uncomfortable today I love saying good morning to pll and being bubbly I said good morning and was neglected then told I was rude and the cashier told a white customer that locals love to Starr drama and bring family drama in here and I was told not important as a customer and that because I'm part of the family I make it uncomfortable for them that is not professional at all I'm disappointed e timely I'm emoti ally distraught and want to take legal action for being mistreated
