Shaun has been great. Also his assistants are fantastic. Got on the phone with Bethany last week and she did a great job explaining the options of adding a dirt bike onto my policy. Called her today and got it in place. She was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with!

We've been a customer for at least 5 or 6 years. We have auto and home insurance through Shaun. My husband had one car accident that was the other driver's fault. The claim process was fairly simple and they helped us get our deductible back from the other driver's insurance.
Our agent Shaun is always very responsive and helpful. I have worked with Bethany several times and I usually get a response within a few minutes. Easy to contact, great follow-through. I feel like we are in great hands with this team.

I worked with Syd and she was wonderful she explained everything with my auto and renters policy. I shopped between a few different insurances and Statefarm was slightly more expensive but Syd was so great to work with I went with them anyway!
