I love this place they do very detailed look through of your equipmentThey are the only shop that I’ve been to where they actually care about the equipment that’s on our road waysThere mechanics do a very detailed look through I would by no doubt take my equipment here for its dot inspectionI think they do better than dot offers quit frankly

Other than one of their aluminum welders, who is top-notch, the service department lacks attention-to-detail and performs sub-standard work. Time and time again we ask for specifics to be done, only to get our vehicles back with some work completed improperly, and other work simply forgotten. They cover the repairs to fix their mistakes, but can’t even muster an apology for the vehicle down-time caused by their negligence. They embody the definition of “too big to care”. It’s unfortunate that they’re obviously focused on quantity over quality.

Tried to return an item, hadn't even opened the box, but was going to be charged as $100 restock fee. That's not including shipping and taxes. I have no issues paying for shipping but $100 to restock an item is absolutely ridiculous and should have been explained during the time of purchase.Update- I spoke to the manager and he said this wasn't a policy and accepted my return, was very pleasant to deal with THANK YOU SCOTT

SEMI SERVICE = EXPENSIVE AND WRONG EVERYTIMEUPDATE WITH PHOTOSAlthough I am not a mechanic and have never worked on a plow, fueled by rage, I decided to fix it myself, let's be honest, plow systems are so simple that a Monkey eating a ham sandwich can install one!!! I looked up the wiring on Google and checked the truck side harness for continuity on each of the 11 wires, sure enough a ground wire (schematic told me the color was black/white - gray) was missing on the divers side. I pulled out the drivers headlight to expose the wire harness. There is a very obvious plug for the ground, black/white and gray wire. THE PLUG WAS NOT SNAPPED TOGETHER, THAT WAS IT! Someone with no mechanical background fixed in one hour what the "Pros" could not fix in 4 trips.I bought a truck and had them mount a plow, should have been an easy job. Semi Service messed up the wiring, fried my starter, broke a trim panel and never mention it, just left it flapping in the wind. I had to bring the truck back for a full day to fix it. They fixed the wiring and replaced the panel. I covered the $1100 starter replacement.I replaced my truck two years later with the same truck and same plow. Assuming the first time was a fluke, I brough the truck back. Semi Service messed it up AGAIN! I'm missing a headlight on the plow. After bringing it back AGAIN, Mike, the shop foreman, told me that I am missing a ground so they added one. HOW CAN A GROUND BE MISSING ON A NEARLY NEW HARNESS??? AND IT STILL DOSEN'T WORK!!! All lights worked on the truck and plow before Semi Service touched it, now they don't. 8 hours of labor, $960 bill, 4 trips, and it still doesn't work.

We just bought a buyers bed salter this year and we are already having problems with it. The service people just keep making up excuses so that they don’t have to fix it when it is still on warranty. So we spent $800 on a new controller and it wasn’t the problem, so they said just because we plugged it in that they can’t take it back. Over all the customer service just isn’t that good.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a door latch for my bed. They never called when the part came in, they were dishonest about the price and then got me the wrong part ( lock was keyed different than the rest of the bed locks )Highly recommend going anywhere else for parts .

This place is a joke. They obviously have very little communication between departments I was told by the parts department to pull up to first bay door and someone will be out to load me up sat there for half an hour before I walked in myself to get the part I needed and loaded it up myself like really I have a job to do to and your wasting my time. Get it together like really

Customer service in the parts could be a lil more friendly. I ordered a very time sensitive part or atleast I thought I did . Was tolad it would be 7 to 10 days and I was ok with that. So waited the 7 days even the 8th day to call . It wasn’t ordered by the lil guy with the big attitude behind his desk. Then they never ordered it. So we had to order it again. Then low and behold when it came in , it was inventory so we still had to wait. I. Don’t usually leave a bad review on people but this guy really got to me that day especially when we had to actually order the part a second time.

I called about a part and available, they said they would call me back with availability. Over a week later, I'm still waiting for the call back. This is poor customer service!

*Update*I have now been in touch with their sales team, and communication seems to be back on track. Updating review rating per recent sales and interactions. Thank you Reading Truck for taking time to resolve this matter.I've done some business here in the past and had a great experience. Now i cant get someone in sales to get back to me. I have been emailing sales reps, and leaving messages for one month now with no return calls or emails for the purchase I am trying to make.
