“I never give out 5 stars, so 4 is great. What I find to be the greatest asset of this storage place is that the police are always in the area. I had a very bad experience and was burglarized at Diamond Storage, the thieves were never caught, and I was never reimbursed by their forced "insurance." No worries here, the coppers take their breaks under the bridge practically next door. Staff is nice and friendly, no issues with entry/exit, and the location is perfect for me. They jack the price up after a few months (once you get your unit completed), but that is true of most every place. The only thing I would like to see changed is their access hours. 9pm is a bit too early, especially in the spring and summer when I need access the most. I think it should be 10pm year round, 11pm during the summer, and midnight on the weekends.”
“Great people! My broker gave me the wrong information so I was late to my appointment. I talked to Janet the Warehouse manager. She was awesome! Gave me another appointment and took my tuck in as soon I arrived. 100% the best.”

“I was having all my floors in my house refinished. I have an old home, with a long narrow driveway. When I inquired about the size of the storage units, Tony helpfully gave me a document with the dimensions of the COW. It was perfect, not like another storage unit which was way too wide. This was more narrow, but taller. I was able to fit my armoires/wardrobes that were over 6 feet easily.”

“My family needed extra space for our winter sports & mountain biking gear and the Millcreek location was perfect for us. The climate controlled units are immaculate and the corridors super clean and well lit. There’s also a restroom on the first floor if you ever need it. Josh the manager was so helpful and just genuinely a good human! Definitely recommend this place.”

“Going on 14 years here with the same unit. No problems except the almost triple the rent rate from when I moved in. Seems like a person with longevity should get a little consideration. After all, I'm sure my rent over the years has more than paid for the cost of constructing and maintaining my rental unit.”

“Arrow Moving And Storage has been fantastic. We had our house sold 3 1/2 years ago and they stored our things for us while we were building our house. We bought a place to live in during the time we were building our home and when we sold that we had to be out for two months before moving into our new home so they packed us up and stored that stuff as well; but despite all the crazy moves, all our move was great, thanks to all of the moving guys ! They did such a great and careful job making sure not to bang or break anything!!! And they were so polite and nice!!! Also, they were willing to deliver our households 2 days apart so we could try and catch up a bit before the last load showed up !!! I highly recommend Arrow Moving And Storage from the staff in the office to the moving people. It was a great and easy move.”
