Melissa made it very easy to make a parking reservation! When I arrived, someone put “white out” over my spot. Thankfully Tracy was quick to correct and give me an available place. Tracy was kind and courteous.

all is almost great here, dryers are ripping us off at $3 and don't dry good enough to where you're constantly adding more quarters, plus they look out dated other than that this place is great

Best area truck stop. Often lowest gas prices in town, friendly staff, many eating options; from dine in Cafe to grab hots and colds, also a Burger King drive through and counter. Truck repair shop has excellent mechanics and friendly desk staff.The toilets and showers are excellent, with personal bidets for us females. Truck fuel lanes are clean, DEF hoses are always in good repair and flow well, although often don't retract into housings, and the windshield wipers provided at fuel aisles are small and stiff, at least they clean the windshield. There's gifts and eats for everyone. The quality of the fried chicken I bought out of the hot box was moist and juicy inside, crispy, fresh, but tasteless. The potato wedges were perfect.

Sapp Bros is generally a good truckstop chain but this one is crap. Mr. Sapp should fire this incompetent manager. The restaurant closes at 3pm and Burger King is rather inconsistent with their hours. I remember during the Pandemic they closed down the counter inside and you could only go thru the drive-thru. Of course you can't walk thru that so what am I gonna do? Eat that horrible crappy s--- Lucilles stuff been sitting for hours getting cold and yucky? Yeah I know, as truck driver I'm supposed to just take it up the butt. Then there's the issue of the TV room. So they put up a sign that this is for drivers only. But the same mgmt and lame "Security gaurd" allows the local homeless people to come in and commandeer the remote so we have to put up with their crap. And if they happen to not be around you want to watch some kind of sports but the same d*** mgmt blocked all the sports channels. Oh and the remote doesn't work correctly. And then the showers are connected to the TV room. They have a Mexican dude who cleans them so when he comes walking by and sees another Spanish speaking person sitting there he has to hold a conversation with that person loudly so no one can hear the TV. At least the Spanish speaking woman just does her job instead of being just as rude.

You know the evening and the swing shift here with Aaron , genie, Jackie AKA mom are literally quite pleasant the polite to their customers they're helpful to their customers they act like they're happy to see them they go out of thier way to make you feel welcome no matter how busy it is they're always polite and courteous and quite frankly the day shift could really take some lessons from the evening and swing shift I honestly think that the day shift should be completely replaced if you want to see what no personality looks like come during the day before 3:00 if you want to see good natured people working hard to help you doing their job no matter how busy it gets always polite come after 3:00 3:30.

This is going to be the worst highest priced travel truck center I've ever been to I'm not joking you people everything here is 65% markup and yet the amenities are not worth it the internet is 2G you can't even watch a show in your truck showers here or ridiculous and here's what's worse of it all they are anti-ukrainian I overheard the employees saying how Ukraine should figure it out all for themselves and then they don't need any help and shouldn't need any help they don't support Ukraine whatsoever which is really disheartening for me it seems how I'm Ukrainian but that might explain why they treated me so badly so if you're from the Ukraine stay away from that Brothers they won't help you go to Maverick across the street or I hear there's a flying J not too far away

We never came back here to put diesel yesterday they mess are truck whit the dirty diesel inyector bad trip to tx we don't know when we delivery the load thanks to sapp brothers Dirty Diesel

Just avoid this place, disgusting and rude employees. They harass people. They let local trucks park there and tried to make me move they don't care about their customers.

It still honestly is the best truck stop ever. They have the cutest things they have great prices & a lot of things for truck drivers. They also have a great restaurant in there. My husband & I just tried it yesterday & it was delicious. I definitely recommend checking it out.
