I’m giving 5 stars because it’s the coolest snowboard shop I’ve been to in Utah. I personally had a one star experience while in the shop though. On their website, they had a snowboard for $560. A 2021 Lib tech orca. Instead of ordering online, I went to the store since I have the privilege of living in Salt Lake City Utah. Once I got there the 2021 board was listed for 700. I talked to an employee and showed him the price on the website. Rather than honor the price online he just went over to the computer and changed the website. Moral of the story. If you see a price you like on their website, just order it online. All that being said, you should definitely stop by this shop! It’s pretty cool. ??

If you like to ski or board, this is by far the coolest shop to checkout. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful.

I really wanted last years volcom jacket and everyone was sold out of my size, I scoured the internet for atleast an hour and these guys were the only company that had one so I bought it… perfect fit! Was delivered in 4 days!

Terrible and fraudulent shop, be careful to buy anything from here. I bought a pair of snowboard boots which I tried strapped on my board later that day, but they didn't fit quite right. Brought them back about 7 days later for a return, and the employees claimed they were used, despite never being on snow. I was told to leave the boots for the owner to approve the return later that day. Several days passed, no contact from the shop. I called back several days later to be told that the return was denied. When asked for return of the boots, they claimed the boots were nowhere to be found in the store. So either one of the employees stole them, or the owner was just being a prick, not really sure. Either way, getting the authorities involved in the meantime. Again, do not buy from here unless you do not care about the return policy.

I've been going here for years and sending friends as well. The best snowboard shop in SLC for sales and repairs. Today the owner went out of his way after closing time on a Sunday to get my repaired board back into my hands in time for a spring pow day. They really care about their customers.

I had a great experience renting snowboarding gear from here! My brother met the owner on a ski lift and said he was chill. Glad we came here cause the shop and people have cool vibes

First went in 2000 when Osiris was on their Aftermath tour when i was 12. The owner told us that if we picked up trash that we would be given free merch. So I spent almost a half hour picking up their parking lot to be told by the owner I wasn't getting anything because he didn't see me helping.
1 of the items he was giving away was an A-Team tee and i was a huge Rodney Mullen fan.

This place has really gone downhill I used to shop here alot in high-school and college, but over the last few years customer service and the overall vibe has gone from the friendly neighborhood shop to elitist and snobby. Go to Milo or L9 instead they're alot nicer and just a better experience and selection.
Edit: foolishly gave them another chance and they shockingly managed to get worse... wish there was a 0 star option spend your money elsewhere.

I'm definitely not a fake account and I used to be a customer until I realized how bad this company is and how unhelpful they are. I will be spending my money down the street cause I want to give my money to a good company.

There are real wizards working in the repair shop, this is the only way I can explain what they did to my snowboard. If you're looking for a place to get your board repaired, these guys are number one in the valley.

Owner is a certified kook. Spent 10 min tryna figure out which socks were on sale.. oh not this one cuz it’s compression, oh not that one cuz we don’t have more than 20 pairs in stock.. sign says whole store 20% off but it’s a lie. Boards from 5 years ago still full price. Needed some boot parts, 500% mark up from burtons website. Then I asked for a Brighton employee discount, he asks me 20 questions about my job like I’m lying and then says if you can prove you work there maybe I can get you 5% haha DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
