Lori was very helpful in listening to my concerns and finding a shoe that worked for me. She spent time researching other color options, and when my chosen color wasn’t available in store, she ordered them to my house. I haven’t received my ASICS yet, but I’m looking forward to trying them with my new inserts!

Stopped in while visiting from out of town and had my stride analyzed as I’ve been having PF issues and wanted some recommendations on shoes/inserts. Brent took video of my stride, measured my arches, and used a heat sensor pad to detect arch collapse. He then recommended multiple shoes and inserts for my stride/arch. Customer service was phenomenal and their selection is really good as well. One of the best running stores I’ve ever visited.

Went to Foothill store and was very impressed by Brent, his knowledge and his assistance with a knee issue.
Bought a pair of Hokas and inserts after he diagnosed my gait on the treadmill.
Also bought a knee sleeve to help with an issue I’ve been having.
They didn’t have my size in store so he called around and ordered it for me. It arrived today!!

They were very helpful. It was clear that the person helping me out knew a lot about running, and, it made a huge difference that this person analyzed my running and accordingly recommended a few options. The pair of shoes I bought was essentially the same price as the same shoes elsewhere.

Just starting to get back into running after a long hiatus and didn’t know where to start. I stopped in other places and was a bit intimidated with all the options for shoes out there these days.When I arrived, Emma (I think) promptly greeted me and helped me through the buying process. She asked if I had any specific kind of shoe or anything specific I was training for to get an idea of what to suggest. Then she came out with a few sets and explained the differences of each of the shoes and gave me some time to test them all out but still made herself available for questions.They have treadmills onsite for a runner analysis and to try the shoes out right on site. I didn’t feel rushed or unnoticed and especially glad with the pair I walked out with.
