Absolutely amazing!! Had bed, no remote, they sent new remote and receiver all I had to do was unplug old and plug in new. Remote was even paired. Easy and FAST had it in 3 days!!

I received a replacement remote for an adjustable bed base. It was great. I received it very quickly and it only took a few seconds to sync it to the bed. You guys are great.

I purchased a replacement remote, super easy and they upgraded shipping for free. enclosed was a personalized letter to me with complete instructions for any possible adjustable bed I could’ve owned, as well as return information. It was super simple and worked perfectly. I was so impressed with this special customer service from a company that I’ve done business with once online. You don’t see this kind of service anymore. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was impressed by the quick and courteous service! Shipping was kindly upgraded at no extra cost since we needed the remote ASAP. We received our product in 3 days from Utah to Massachusetts! I highly recommend doing business with Salt Lake City Adjustable Beds.

They were able to identify my bed recommend the right remote. Then send the remote out to me and help me troubleshoot trying to Bluetooth my bed everything was very professional and I would highly recommend them

We lost our bed remote control during our last move. We we went to the furniture store where we purchased our bed and they never got back to us. Finally, I found Matt at Salt Lake City Adjustable beds on line. I sent him an email with photos of the motor control and labels. Matt responded right away and said they had the remote we were looking for. And, he guaranteed the return if it was not correct.I had my doubts about getting the correct remote, but we received the bed remote and it works perfectly. Thanks to Matt and Salt Lake City Adjustable Beds. The customer service was great. They sent instructions for the remote set up, which were very easy to follow. We are up and running in no time. I wish we had found you guys sooner. And much gratitude for the expedited shipping.

Sort version- Fast and works!!!! I couldn’t be happier.long version- I received my remote today. I am extremely excited it paired with the bed. I bought a bed off of Amazon three years ago while I was pregnant. During my maternity leave I managed to throw the remote out with the dirty diapers… Or at least that’s the theory.We’ve had an adjustable bed for three years and had only used it as adjustable for about six months.The customer service at the company, giantex, assured me two years ago that if I sent my receipt they would get me a new remote. I did so promptly. Fast forward two years- Multiple calls, multiple emails and I’m no longer getting responses from them.I’ve been searching for a remote that might pair for over a year and recently stumbled across this website. I am glad the shipping was upgraded. I have been waiting and watching the tracking. I couldn’t wait to see if it would work.

I have a Legacy Craftmatic bed and my remote broke.I had to tape the bottom with duct tape and apply additional pressure (on the bottom) to make it work. So, I'm here. I emailed to ask a question and walked away. I was expecting to wait several days for a response. I was wrong. I received my response within hours andhe provided a purchase link to the Exact Remote needed. (Psst thank you for making this so easy for me).When I had follow-up questions, I simply hit 'Reply' in our email exchange, he, again responded quickly. ? Superb customer service!Now, this is the first and only time I've needed to replace my wireless bed remote so I cannot say if the price is on par with Industry standards but the $$$ didn't break the bank and was delivered quickly.I am highly recommending and this will be my go-to place for my craftmatic bed needs.
