A rock hit us on Saturday and Monday was the only day that week I had free to get the crack fixed. The phone system was a little confusing because it kept telling me to make an appointment online and hung up on me but I had questions.. anyway I chatted with someone that I was having issues Monday morning and they were able to fit me in at 2 pm. I got there at 1:45 and they immediately took my car in and the guy working the desk actually helped me figure out I could use my USAA insurance to cover the cost of the repair! They were so helpful, quick, and friendly. Thank you!

It's hard to give the company a great review when it seems like they're trying to steal your money. The service was good and prompt, but the issue lies in billing.
I called Safelite directly to schedule a window change, and was quoted an amount, with one of those 'this offer is limited time only' addendums. When the service technician called me a few days later, their quote was full price, and they claimed to not have any offers available.
They did apply a good discount to my order, but the way they try to take your money if you're not attentive is scummy for a business/company to practice.

Ask for Justin. He took such great care of me with my rock chip repair, and he also noticed and fixed some other items the last company missed when the windshield was replaced. I will be back, such a wonderful experience where they went above and beyond!

Update: The rain sensor for the windshield wipers didn’t work. I took it to the Draper location and they fixed the problem quickly. I was only there for 15 minutes. I’d give them 5 stars.
It looks like the South Salt Lake location did a decent job but it took 5 hours. My appointment was for 1 pm and I dropped it off at noon. They said it would be 3-4 hour (from noon).
I tried calling twice at around 4:30 because I hadn’t heard anything. After the automated answering system transferred me I sat on hold for 5 silent minutes, after which it hung up without ever giving me a human.
The next time I called, I got a nice man from a central office. He tried calling the store twice twice and they didn’t answer. He said they were working on the glass and suggested I wait for them to call or go there.
I went there since it was scheduled to close at 5. The friendly guy at the front desk said it was done and was surprised I hadn’t been contacted. (When I dropped it off he said I would get a call, a text and an email.)
I hope I find the windshield and installation were high-quality.

? Vehicle appointment. No windshield & wasted a day. Re-schedule and waited 6 hours. After arriving home noticed a cart or something stuck the rear body of my vehicle. I looked up the camera footage and found that someone erased the data while the vehicle was at there location. Not real classy Safelite.?

Had a great experience there. Everything was great. Took off to go traveling for the summer hit some rain in Minnesota, and both windshield wipers flew off. Keep in mind those fine details, guys.

I am in here every other week because, anybody that drives a dump truck is an idiot, and they don't know how to secure their loads. Luckily there is a guy who works here named Paul and he provides very good customer service. He fixed my rock chip and it came out great!

Paul is the nicest guy! I had a weird rattling sound a year after getting my windshield replaced. I scheduled a warranty service and he quickly identified that it was actually the windshield molding that had warped and was making the sound.
He saved me time by looking right when I came in so I wouldn’t have to wait to be seen.
