DONT COME HERE IF YOU NEED A SIDE WINDOW REPLACED! they didn't connect my door correctly after replacing my window and caused my door light to overheat (which is dangerous). it also made it impossible to open the door from the inside as the lock was completely loose and they took an extra hour because they didn't even have my part at their location. they need to retrain their service workers. wish i could give a zero for the amount that i had to spend on their shitty job

They replaced a windshield on my Tesla. The only complaint I might have would be that it took a month to get the glass after we called to get the job on the calendar, and it was postponed twice due to not having the part. Too bad some jerk with rocks and dirt on a flat trailer on the freeway dropped some, and the windshield was broken again before the car ever made it home the day of the repair.

Reading some of the reviews had me worried. Everything went smoothly though and they finished up with in the hour and a half time frame they gave me. Insurance couldn't help cover the cost because the windshield was broken before I bought the truck. So it was pricy.

Took our Tacoma here to fix our passenger window motor, ended up just needing a bolt replaced in the regulator. They got to us so quickly in their day even on a Saturday and didn’t even charge us! Overall wonderful experience! Brandon was a wonderful help to us!

Try calling, I dare you. You can not get anybody to answer. If you do not respond to the teleprompt wirh exactly the correct wording, IT WILL HANG UP! It forces you to go to their website or TEXT! Absolutely ZERO customer service.

Took my truck to get a small chip repaired. I came out with a whole 2-3 inch crack. They didn’t even inform me that this had happened when I picked it up. When bringing I brought it up, they continued to mention a waiver. I never signed a waiver. They immediately offered to replace the windshield for the cost of my “low deductible”. So they did a horrible job on my repair but now want me to trust them and pay them for a whole other service. Their service seems dishonest all around and they took zero ownership of the issue. I took it to get fixed and drove off with it worse. Do not recommend. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and company.

Glass looks great, but left black adhesive fingerprints all over the door handle and random spots through dash and exterior of car. Left debris and drag marks on dash. Reassembled windshield cowl with missing and broken fasteners. Had to find it on my own when doing maintenance. Damaged windsheild trim where it ties into windsheild cowl. Very disappointed to find this after trusting safelite and leaving it with them for the day.

Technician came to my work and replaced the window. Dallas was very professional and vacuumed up all the broken glass. Plus he washed the window and it was so clean. It was a lot cheaper than I was expecting as well. Thanks Safelite!

We were able to get in the same day for a replacement windshield on a 2024 vehicle and had it calibrated without having to go to the dealer.

Every time we have had a windshield replaced we have had to take it back because it was not installed properly. This time the rubber around the windshield starred blowing off while on the freeway!

They gladly replaced my way overpriced Peterbilt 579 windshield a few years ago.
I went in for a couple crack repairs today and I was promptly told to eff off and we don't work on big trucks anymore.

My traction control keeps turning on. It thinks there's a car in front of me and my adaptive cruise control is now inoperable. Should disclose to customer with new car that a calibration probably is needed.

I was hit by a rock which left a very large crack in my windshield. My insurance provider recommended this location which I agreed was acceptable. I scheduled for service which took approximately 6 hours to be completed on a 2022 Subaru Outback.When picking up my vehicle that night, just before closing, I noticed that there was a significant scratch on the inside of the windshield. Mistakes happen, so I contacted them and scheduled a second appointment to have my windshield replaced again.Again I did not have a vehicle for the majority of the day and had to pay for rideshares to get to/from the location. After picking up my vehicle I noticed that there was significant wind noise coming from the top center of my windshield and they had spilled sealant on the right a-pillar of my vehicle.I contacted the location again and had to make a third appointment to have the windshield replaced again. They ordered a new a-pillar and said they would replace it while replacing the windshield for the third attempt. They ended up spilling sealant on the left a-pillar of my vehicle. Eventually they replaced both a-pillar covers.At this time, my windshield if fine, but the a-pillar covers, which were incorrectly installed, now frequently fall off. As this service was not provided at a dealership, it is no longer covered by warranty under the manufacturer.After not having a vehicle for nearly three whole days and having to pay for rideshare on each of those three days, I am left with a vehicle that could have the a-pillar covers fall off at any time. This is a significant driver distraction when it happens which is a safety concern for me.Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning in the future.
